I have been with Insurance Agent Rick Weissenhofer since 2011. My family has experienced excellent service and has always received a timely response to any questions we may have. The office works well as a team and is always there to help. Also, my claims experience has been limited but always excellent. I strongly recommend giving the office a call for any of your insurance needs.

Update 4/29/24: I went into the office and spoke with Jennifer about obtaining life insurance. She was absolutely awesome! She went over every available option for me and patiently answered my questions. There was nothing high pressure, just the facts so I can make the best decision. I highly recommend speaking with her.
Just switched my auto insurance, with my HO insurance to follow, and I'm so glad I did. With rising costs affecting everyone and everything, I was able to obtain the same amount of coverage, but with a much better rate. What impressed me even more is the fact that everytime I came into the office, Rick made it a point to personally greet me and my husband. And Mike did a great job of listening to what we want and pulling it all together. I've never been insured by State Farm before, but I'm sure looking forward to it!

Jennifer at State Farm was amazing in helping me out today! I had several things I wanted to manage, including updates to my account, possible changes in coverage, and adding renter's insurance. She took the time to go through everything with me and made sure I understood ALL of my options and to maximize my savings. Her friendly and outgoing personality shown though during the entire conversation. It was such an easy process for someone like me who has so little experience and so many questions.
