I took my baby here this morning to get a wellness exam and her updated rabies shots. Had an appointment for 8:45 AM we came on time got checked in at the counter. The lady checking us in seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't all that friendly. However, everyone else was very pleasant. The veterinarian was so kind and informative, she let me ask all the questions I needed and answered any of my concerns. I came in at 8:45 and left at 9:20ish. Which is pretty good. I also thought the price was pretty affordable. For her wellness check and 3 year rabies altogether it was $180.00. I was definitely preparing for a steeper number than that. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I always feel my kitty is in great care here.

Rude and disrespectful, absolutely would avoid. Plenty of other places that will treat you and your pet with respect and still take care of anything.

Staff was super supportive when we took our beloved min pin in to be put to sleep. Excellent staff. They have taken care of all vet needs for our dog for 10 years. When we boarded him they took excellent care of him. Highly recommend this clinic.

We recently brought our 83 Lbs, shepherd in for TPLO (doggie ACL) surgery. I was extremely impressed with the personal care given to me by the veterinary surgeon explaining all the particulars of the surgery and helping to ease my mind that it was in fact the best method and source of care for our dog. I was also very happy that even as busy as the schedule was they were able to fit an extra appointment in get our dog in for surgery rather quickly. We have since been back several times for follow up visits and care, and again I have been extremely happy with the service and customer care. One of the times we went for service everyone behind the counter was extremely busy and it took a few minutes to acknowledge we were there, but that is bound to happen on occasion. Again, I have been completely impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone has been in the office and over the phone. I have read a few of the negative reviews, but I have honestly not seen any of these issues with OAH. I have been EXTREMELY happy with OAH and I would recommend them to anyone.

Good at charging every month used to be 45 back then now they raised it to 69 due to supposedly inflation and low stock in medicine which my dog don’t need she’s very healthy so I have to be paying extra??? If I cancel early have to pay over 200. Their not really good at answering the phone either I been a customer here for almost five years. Regardless of me using the other alternatives to communicate with someone you do take long to respond back let’s not lie about that.

Caring staff and great facility. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.Edited to add- great visit! Doctor was caring and spent time to explain all possibilities and where it made sense to start. Very happy with this visit!

We had to take our dog in for an urgent care visit. Our regular vet did not have a spot for her today. Dr. Pedapati was kind and courteous. The waiting and exam rooms were clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost in the end.

Very friendly and helpful! It was the only place I could take my cat for a walk-in appointment to be looked at. ? definitely recommend!EDIT Nov. 16, 23:We hardly take our cat to the vet since thankfully there hasn't been a need however, when we have they always say there is nothing wrong with him. There have been a few instances that I haven’t liked what happened but I'm not listing them here. Whenever We've tried calling to cancel our membership, it goes straight to voicemail and says they are busy though We've gone in and it's not. We're going in person to cancel it and looking for a different place. They are nice and friendly but we just want to find someone else.
