I went to the Oswego store Ifor a last minute print job for a Christmas program which I needed within 24 hours - so pick up was set for the following day. To my surprise, they called a few hours later to let me know that my order was ready! Super fast same day turnaround! They did a beautiful job! Will use them again for all my printing needs. Reasonable price, too!

I’ve ordered 3 different print jobs here in the last few months and every single order has been incorrect. The most recent order, I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up and it was no where to be found when I went to pick it up at the store. The staff is always friendly and kindly corrects the issues but I wish it was done correctly in the first place. I will be trying another location in the future.

I tried to call the OfficeMax phone number for help with my rewards program, and the machine just kept going around in circles and telling me things I really didn’t want and then it kept hanging up on me.
