In a world filled with poor customer service and uncertainty about the authenticity of online store fronts, Felicia at My Shoe Supplies came through and helped me fix an ordering mistake I made on my end. I would ordinarily not got out of my way to leave a review but My Shoe Supplies is well deserving. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Seems to be the only public distributor of Lincoln wax polishes. Unfortunate that they discriminate against Canadians and don't list distributors or ways to purchase their products in Canada.Piss poor customer service. Especially since their polish is good.

My first time shopping with 'My Shoe Supplies' and their products are very good. I had a mishaps with a paint set I purchased. It had two purple paints, and missing the red paint. Customer Service (Felicia Wright) took care of the problem with a quick response time and a speedy replacement. I'm very pleased, and I just placed another order! Thanks

Slow to no shipping, 12 days out now. My shoe Supplies just informed me that they had a problem with the post office after I contacted them , same advised shipment would be on the way shortly. Post office tracking still does not show items moving. NO HELP FROM MY SHOE SUPPLIES.

This stuff is amazing and the color matches my 2002 leather sofa so well I have been using it for years. I have 3 dogs and nothing else gets rid of the scuffs and scratches like leather hero does!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered some leather dye from these guys and was given a completely different color than I ordered. I have been reaching out for over a week now and have had zero response from My Shoe Supplies. Looks like I'll have to go through my credit card to receive a refund.

Bought the kit with cleaner, dye and sealer for an area on my leather couch. Matched up the dark brown dye with added black paint and it came out beautiful. I was ready to buy a new couch and now it looks great. Just follow the direction and you will be impressed.

I ordered shoe cream and a shoe brush from this company. All items were apparently in stock when I ordered and the projected delivery date was within a week of placing the order. When more than a week went by, and the USPS had apparently never received the package (according to a package tracking app), I contacted the company. I was told they couldn't fulfill my order due to not having the items in stock after all. They promptly issued a refund - but not a complete refund. Shipping costs were not refunded, even though nothing was shipped, and $1 per item I had ordered was also not refunded. Buyer beware!
