“Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me get my data recovered!! I originally went to a uBreakiFix by Asurion location for data recovery issues. What a waste of time. They're affiliates with Samsung and was given a sales pitch. I was essentially told I was out of luck other than shipping my phone to California for their forensic team to maybe get the data back for a hefty price and if they got anything I would only get a flash drive with the missing pictures, texts, and contacts. Dr. Gadget is independently owned and care about your concerns, with ample information they guided me back to as close back to what I had prior to losing everything.”

“This 5-star review is based on a single interaction I had with an employee named Leo, whom I briefly met while loading my groceries into my car. While I was inside the store it had snowed quite a bit and Leo was not only collecting all the carts strewn all over the lot, but also using a brush to wipe the snow and scrape the ice off cars as their respected owners came out. Now if that isn't great service I don't know what is! Nice job Leo - keep it up, you'll go far in this world!”
