This location is so nice! Very clean. Some of the shelves are a bit empty but I think it's because of the post-holiday clearance going on. Best part of my visit was the employee Eva, she was very friendly and welcoming right from the start, eager to help me find what I needed and even walked with me to show me. And she gets around the store too because I saw her again a bit later when I had more questions and she was very helpful. I just love it when I see people who genuinely enjoy their work amd take pride in giving excellent customer service. Eva deserves a raise or something! I promise I do not know this person (lol) but was really impressed and delighted by my shopping experience.

On 11/29, I was accosted by an abrasive, obnoxious employee. She yelled at me 3 times during a 5 minute stop there. I do not know her name, but she was there at 6 PM on November 29. She had dark hair and multiple face piercings. While I was there she also yelled at a young girl (maybe 9-12 years old) who was there with her father. Unacceptable . Please address this, Michael's.

Curbside pick up is a complete joke! They make the protocol unknown- all stores are a bit different. No assigned parking for it. And I've been inside and back to my car as I type and I'm still waiting!

Michaels, How my wife loves your store. You seem to have everything for her crafting needs. What I find odd is there is always a coupon for at least 40% off. She won't shop there until she finds a coupon. Wouldn't it just be easier to just lower the prices in the first place? Just my two cents. She is just happy that there is still a brick and mortar store for her crafting fix.

I placed my order through the app and it said it was supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days. To my surprise I got the package the next day! Super useful and fast.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I had issues with some yarn. Couldn't find my receipt but I am a rewards member. Thought I could get in store credit at least. They said it doesn't show up in their store. I was able to pull up the exact same yarn, color, name, etc and it sells at Michael's for $9.99. They said they had changed the sku number so all they can give me is 69 cents per skein. At 10 skeins that's a $93 loss! So I can walk in right now and pay $9.99 for the exact same yarn but they would only credit me for .69 each?!? That's called robbery in my book. I spent over $2000 there last year. I will now shop at Joann's. Here's a photo of today's online add for the exact same yarn selling for $9.99 per skein. Beware!!

Good craft store that has a decent selection and a ton of seasonal items too! You can always find seasonal decorations such as fake flowers or lawn ornaments in addation to all other types of crafts

Worst. Service. Ever. I honestly hate shopping here and have since started shopping online from a competitor because of how bad this store is. The employees are just awful

Holy crafting! Fun to stroll and think of all the glue and glitter you can imagine in craft ideas! Today's stop was on a whim. No special item needed but always fun to look. Of course things jumped into my cart - those pesky cute Christmas items!!!! :) Staff was busy putting up what appeared to be after Christmas type crafts. The Christmas aisles are dwindling at this point. I suppose good for Michaels so they don't have to try to have big after Christmas sales at big price reductions. Smart. I'll be back in after Christmas as I'm set for now with today's unplanned goodies.

The store is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Sadly, finding an employee on the sales floor proved to be frustrating and fruitless. We were looking for a few simple things and could have been in and out within ten minutes or less. We ended up being there for 25 minutes on our search. The seasonal displays were very nice and if they had been just a little less expensive I'm sure I'd have picked up an arrangement or two. Being mid-September there was a full selection of Halloween, Christmas, and New Years crafts available. Prices on most of the "raw" crafting materials was average. When I got to the checkout the associate asked if I found everything OK and I replied "No" she kindly said if I waited a few minutes while she rang those customers in line that she would be happy to show me. I looked at the five people behind me and assumed there would be more showing up so I said no thanks, finished the transaction, and left the store. A beautiful store with no employees is useless to me when I'm not familiar with the products or the layout. This could have easily been a five star experience but by the store cutting labor costs they are also cutting repeat business.

Gayle in the framing department was very helpful when I brought a jersey to be framed. My original intention was to purchase supplies and frame the jersey myself, and she told me what supplies I would need. Since this was going to be a gift, I didn't want to screw this up, so I decided to ask about Michael's costs to frame this. I brought my own shadowbox frame as well, and even though it was a bit dusty and bent, she worked with me on it instead of trying to aggressively upsell me on new glass or all of the framing components. The cost of supplies and labor was a little more than $50 since I brought my own frame (shadowbox frames for jerseys run around $100 at Michael's). Framing a jersey is not cheap! I was really impressed with the customer service here compared to other Michael's stores. When my mom and I walked into the store, an employee saw my mom struggling to carry the awkward and bulky frame, so he offered to help and carry it back to the framing department. When I picked up the frame, it looked great! I definitely recommend this Michael's location for their framing department.
