Never having been in this store before we were pleased that the salesman (Charles) was informative and assisted us easily in finding exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price point. While my mattress has yet to be delivered I'm very satisfied with the purchasing process here.

If you’re like me, shopping for a mattress is a big decision that can feel overwhelming. Paul was very knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, and patient with an indecisive buyer like me. What started as a “let me stop in and start the process” became a done deal w/ weekend delivery date. Highly recommend Paul to help you find your ideal mattress.

Paul made the buying experience a piece of cake. I knew I wanted a new mattress but expected to check several stores before finding the right fit. Mattress Firm was the last store on this particular shopping day but the mattress store. My first thought was that the showroom seemed small but it really has a lot to offer as several stored vertically. Paul greeted me and asked a few questions but most importantly, he listened and let me talk. He heard what I had to say, understood what I wanted, and introduced me to my new mattress in less than 30 minutes. When the need arises, I will return.

It had been a while since I last bought a mattress, and I had plenty of questions, but Charles (Chuck) made everything easy and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was, even with my three kids along.

This was the fourth mattress store I've been to today but prior to coming I went online and made sure that they had several options within my budget which they did. My family and I entered the store and clearly said to the salesperson we would like to browse around and try some mattresses. Instead of letting us do that he started his sales pitch and explaining the differences and asked our budget and then said how there are not a lot of options that are in our budget. That upset me because I had already done my shopping online to know there were a multitude of options in our budget so I let him do his thing allowing him to speak but unfortunately he was pointing and giving me options I didn't want so I politely left the store and I will not return to this location. Listen to your customers and do not talk down to them because their budget conscious and online shoppers. Let shoppers shop.
