Renara (I am so sorry if I am spelling her name wrong) is the nicest employee ever. She remembered me from over 6 years when k came into the store ONE time. She is so sweet I will definitely be back to this location because of her. Exceptional employee.

Oh my goodness!! We went in later evening (8/19/23) and the checkout girls were so incredibly patient and kind with us. I'm still not totally convinced August and Kaylee were not angels in disguise! They were so sweet and made great conversation with us. Have always liked this store and they made me love it even more. Amazing girls amazing store amazing products!!!

I had a mother-daughter day with my 31 year old daughter and she wanted to buy some cloths at lane Bryant. At the Oswego store Shirley treated us like royalty. She was helpful with measuring and gave such good advice on the right fitting of cloths. They had a good sale and my daughter was happy with her purchases. The store was also clean. I needed to use the restroom and was allowed to use the one in the back without hesitation. At other stores they say they don’t have a public restroom. We were so comfortable shopping at lane Bryant Oswego that we’ll return.

While the staff was very nice, they clearly don’t know what they’re doing in terms of measuring women at this location. I went to get measured for a strapless bra for a wedding I’m in. They tell me I’m a much larger cup size than I’ve ever bought in my life, and that they don’t have it at their store. I appreciate that they called other locations and had the Bolingbrook store put it on hold for me. I drive the 35 minutes to Bolingbrook and try it in. The cup is so big I could put my fist inside and still have room. They finally get my size correct but guess what? They don’t have that size at the Bolingbrook location! I finally just had them ship it to my house but that was a completely unnecessary wild goose chase that probably could have been avoided had they measured me correctly the first time.

I have found this store to be an asset as it is close to where I live. The ladies are very nice and if you can't find your size they will order it and ship to your home.
