This pharmacy is absolute trash. I have had problems every time I've gone with things not being filled and them not notifying when they are. Today I was going to get a prescription filled for my 92yo grandfather and they said it was OTC and waved me to a shelf. They didn't even check me out at the pharmacy so it could go through his insurance-instead sent me to the regular checkouts. Very unwilling to help. Go toTarget Oswego instead.

My wife and I bought this a week ago from Jewel in Oswego on Douglas and 30. It is now about 1 out of every 4 gallons we buy from there are spoiled. I shot a video but can’t post it here, but as you see it’s cottage cheese as it cones out. It’s an insult there is no quality control.

I will never shop at Jewel in Oswego again! Do you really think price gouging is going to keep your customers??? 19.99 for a container of Clorox wipes??? Shame on you!! I will make sure everyone knows what crooks you really are, especially when everyone is out of work and on unemployment.

This Oswego Jewel is only good for packaged items. Chefs Kitchen isn't following PPE and the constantly cross contaminate. Today is 05/13/20 Last week I bought a pork tenderloin /applewood flavor. As the coals were starting I saw the use by date of 4/30/20. It was a week and a half past the use by date when I bought it. I will never, ever go back. Why can't they get zero stars. Makes you wonder what their true rating is.

Very disappointed when I recently purchased a box of Post Honey Bunches of Oats - a box that is normally $4.99 was $6.49 last Saturday. Not sure if it's price gouging or just supply and demand, but that's a ridiculous increase!

Moved to this pharmacy from another OSCO... very kind and helpful. No drive thru but they told me they would mail, deliver, or bring to curb.... and a coffee shop!

Fire Vicky!!! Oswego-Douglass/rt 30. Horrible customer service “purple haired Vicky” Thursday night July 18th 9 Pm there are 15 people online with no help in sight. I take my basket, get out of line, walk up to the service desk where 4 cashiers are chitchatting, oblivious to the line and ask “Vicky” will another line be opened? She asks me did i come from the back of the line? I said excuse me? she says it again, and TELLS me to get back in line and she will start taking people from the front. I left may basket there and walked out.. I’m done with that store. how rude!

Giving them one star is being generous. I shop at this jewel only because it's so close to my house but I'm definitely gonna take the commute to Walmart. I went in to buy a case of beer for a family party like I do ALL THE TIME, never had a problem but this manager "Tina" took a quick glance at my ID and said "No, we don't accept vertical ID" (I turned 21 two months ago) I told her "I'm here all the time, they've always checked my ID and I've never had a problem". She's gets to saying "well they shouldn't have done that. I'm the manager and we don't take vertical IDs." I asked if they had that policy written down cause that's NEVER happened before at this exact location and she just said "it's w managers discretion and I'm not taking it." NOT ONCE did she apologize or even say it politely. I understand I look young and of course no one likes verticals ID's but the way I was treated was HORRIBLE. Her attitude was very rude it was obvious she did not care about me taking the drive to jewel and being a customer. I asked her for corporate number and she gave me a number OUT OF SERVICE. Definitely save your time going to this jewel they do not care about their customers!! NEVER going back!
