Sama was extremely nice and fun to talk to. She was excited, for it was her first time ever in a salon. I enjoyed talking with her. She said she would be traveling and wanted a braid that would last several days. I gave her some ideas on braids that would last a little longer. Sama chose the dutch braid. However, because she'd never been to a salon, she didn't have any knowledge of how to treat the condition of her hair. Performing the braid on her hair was extremely difficult. Her hair tangled up very badly with each stand of hair I pulled. I had to hold the braid and detangle her hair through each section of the braid. I used several products to try and smooth the hair. But what she really needed was a clarifying and deep conditioning treatment. I have been doing all different types of braids for a long time, and I am proud of my work. I'm sad Sama felt dumb. I would be happy to further educate her with some products to help the condition of her hair and redo her hair next time with a different type of braid. Below are just a few braids I have done.

Sarah was kind and friendly. The environment was clean and relaxing. I did french braid and it was my first time at a saloon. My mom did a braid for the first time the day before, and I loved it. When Sarah finished her job, I was excited and gave her a tip as well. But whoever (my parents brother my aunt ...) saw my braid was surprised how I paid $24 for that. My scalp already is itchy.

Gabby was really sweet. It was my first hair cut after my husband passed and she handled things with care; especially when I started crying. 100% would recommend her. She touched up my layers and helped get my hair back to looking nice. I did a basic shampoo and cut since the weather was nice enough to let it dry my hair.

If you are going to get anything done to your hair, do yourself a favor and go see Abby at this Hair Cuttery. She is without a doubt THE BEST! She is not satisfied until your hair is perfect. She does a thorough consultation each time she sees you. She is a blast to talk to. I feel like I'm going to visit a friend each time I go to see her. I have never left feeling anything but thrilled with my hair!

Gabriela was amazing with my daughter. She was professional but still warm and sweet. I was nervous for her because children are unpredictable and I didn’t want my kid to give her a hard time. My kid did great though and Gabriela was surprised it was her first haircut. My kid says she loves her hair and wants to see Gabriela again.

Abby was so relatable, funny, and she really knew what she was doing. I felt very comfortable in the chair- she checked in with me constantly and really took the haircut anxiety away! If anyone is worried if this salon is funky-cut-friendly, there's nothing to worry about. My cut was just what/where I wanted, with funk in tact.

I went to take my daughter here to get some blended highlights and Marie was amazing! She was very friendly, patient and kind. She was confident in her expertise and the outcome was so lovely. The overall place was hygienic and a good workspace/atmosphere! We will be coming back in the future!

I've been coming in regularly for about a year now. Malorie always does a great job. Takes her time to get my hair just how I like it. She now cuts my 2 year old sons hair. She is patient with him and makes getting a toddler's haircut a breeze. Highly recommend this Hair Cuttery location!

Came in to get my daughter a haircut (11) she has very long hair to her rear end. I asked for 1.5 - 2 inches off and a V-Shape. They butchered it. Took 4 inches off, horrible cutting (uneven ends and uneven V) a manager had to fix it and she tried to tell me that hair cut isn’t flattering on that hair type. Well, she has had her haircut like this for 3 years and no one else has ever said that to me, and you already messed up horribly don’t blame my daughter hair type. My advice is spend the extra $15 and go to real salon. This place is a joke.
