Can’t even get a small loan from my own bank - even though I have upcoming collateral notarized, and signed off by a judge Of over $100,000 well, guess what that money is not being deposited into fifth third bank because I plan on changing banks. Tiny loan three to $5000 ain’t nothing and beings though I had over 70,000 in my account at one time and some other bank is not gonna get close to $200,000. Good job Fifth Third you just lost a client and More.

Many years coming to this particular branch even if it was out of my way this was my come-to 5/3 branch until today. Bank teller was very rude and very unprofessional, to a point she sent me to make my transaction at another branch, completely out of my way. There is ways to say, do things.Outcome of this was, I listened to her and went to another branch and was assisted without hesitation what so ever. Stay away from this branch as advised by one of their own tellers!

Unbelievably incompetent people, from the branch customer service to the mortgage department. They have no idea what they are doing. 5/3 is the worst bank around!

Horrible service. Teller had bad attitude and unfriendly. She sent me to the banker Stephanie data who just had me standing by her desk without acknowledging or greeting me. When she finally finished what she was doing. And started helping me she spoke so loud everyone could hear my business and personal information. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.Save your self the headache.

Would recommend going to another branch if you bank here. Process is terrible, would rather chit chat than help customers. Stephanie the "manager" was just awful and zero help with a bad attitude. Took my money and went with a diff bank. Save yourself the headache.

Process is getting worse.. no one answers the phone.. Their ways and means of processing loss draft checks is extremely poor. Staff on site has little authorization or knowledge of the process.Now I'm required to take time off work to get payment processed. Not professional. Ill be closing my accounts and taking my money to a more reputable bank.

I have been in this bank three times, each time it’s a new problem, the lady that sits at the greeting desk is way to lazy to even get up , and the tellers are rude , where did they find these people, if you must stay at fifth third use a different location, warning stay away.

Bill and Lisa at this location are super helpful. You may have to wait to speak with them since they are frequently requested. That tends to happen when you are starved for good customer service and you want to only deal with good people! Would NOT suggest their mortgage services. Extremely poor communication from broker on items needed, items not followed up on, and the process is made unnecessarily difficult and long. Was able to secure a mortgage with another company with the same "discounts" they tell you get by being a customer in half the time. (hence the 4 rating) That being said Bill and Lisa are the reason we stay for our other accounts. They have always be very helpful for our needs and are absolutely 5 star!

I tried setting up a bank account with a neighboring bank and was denied. Headed over to Fifth third and set up a bank account with Lisa Schultz, and to say the least this women deserves the biggest raise. Extremely informative and simply such a kind soul. Fifth third offers so many beneficial programs that other banks do not. Needless to say my family is making their way on over to transfer bank accounts with this location. If I could give more than 5 stars I sincerely would, compety blown away from this experience.

Worst ever all wrong Nobody told me it will take 13 days to be able to use my money, hos do i feedmy family now? How do i pay the rent? Cards with misspelled names I receive the offer of checkbooks 7 days later the agend has not yet posted the check book order I can not see my savings account online with my check account The agent i call leave me alone in the phone using my wife s cell i call the manager she did not know why the agent did that
