This location at the Walmart is very convenient to me but the young lady at the store was very rude and indifferent, not care of customer's concerns. She didn’t even offer a little help, to put the printed label on my box with 1 second, instead, she wasted time to argus with me by many excuses. Definitely will not return to this location while this lady is there.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any print shop. Worse than USPS, UPS, anywhere else. One very elderly woman working who does not seem to be able to even handle 1 customer. She made us wait 20 minutes and then proceeded to answer the phone and tell us to wait some more! She took out a TAPE measurer to measure someone’s package… there was a scale right there. Worst part is my order was ready and paid for. Horrible don’t go

I went in this morning to return an Amazon item which I have done dozens of times at other stores. I asked for the Email address of the store so I could email them the shipping label and return code. She said I had to use my own email and print the material myself on a screen behind me. The screen was not easy to use and froze up. After a few minutes of attempting I gave up and will take my return back to the Naperville store where they kindly print the material for me. Don't use this store. And the girl behind the counter had a snotty attitude.

lady at the walmart location was very rude. didn’t seem to care about anything. didn’t even offer help or anything. definitely will not re returning to this location while this lady is working.

I tried to ship out a vacuum cleaner. The staff was awful. First they asked for original box. I went home and returned. They said, oh no we cannot ship it that way. You need to find another box. This went on four times, back and forth. I finally went to the FedEx on Orchard road. Poof. Done. No trouble at all. Do not go to the one inside Walmart. Terrible service.

Special recognition for Jennifer Martinez. She helped me print my Medicare Health Insurance Card from my iPhone. Then, she double-sided it and wallet- sized it and then, laminated it. She did great work. Thank you Jen.

Refused my package that already had a shipping label on UPS packaging. Like who cares what the packaging is, I paid for the service. Pretty much forced me to pay more money to buy packaging from them.
