Went for Converse specifically, asked clerk for assistance she showed me 3 pairs all size 4, I commented on low inventory she stated they are a low volume store therefore not alot of inventory. Ended up with 3 pairs of Blowfish slip ons , all on sale. Clerk was nice.

We went to this location to return a pair of shoes and purchase 6 more pairs of shoes. After they rang it up, the total ended up being more than if we never returned the pair of shoes. This has to do with how BOGO is calculated, which I get. I asked them to undo the purchase to separate the purchase and return transaction, because it doesn't make sense to pay MORE to return an item. I had her ring up all the items I was purchasing so she could see that it was less than I paid with the return. After some back and forth the manager agreed to do this, but at the end said that we now owe them more for the repurchase of the returned shoes. So basically they were saying that even though I paid for the shoes, unintentionally paid them more to return them, now that I wanted to undo the transaction I had to pay again to get them back???!! All I was looking for was for the manager to understand the logic, and to say that they would find a way to make it right and get back to me. There was no effort to try to help fix the issue, and she just told me to call customer service. Though it took 30 mins of being on hold to get someone from customer service, the person I spoke to was exceptionally understanding and she tried her best to compensate me for the extra that I paid. So I will continue to shop at Famous footwear, just not at this location.

Went to this store with the family a couple weeks ago. Both of the service reps were on their mobile devices. No help at all. Walked next store and bought shoes at Target.
