Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me get my data recovered!! I originally went to a uBreakiFix by Asurion location for data recovery issues. What a waste of time. They're affiliates with Samsung and was given a sales pitch. I was essentially told I was out of luck other than shipping my phone to California for their forensic team to maybe get the data back for a hefty price and if they got anything I would only get a flash drive with the missing pictures, texts, and contacts. Dr. Gadget is independently owned and care about your concerns, with ample information they guided me back to as close back to what I had prior to losing everything.

Over priced , 280 for a new screen when you can buy a after market phone for 200 on Back market . Please don't waste your money here and shop around. Disappointed to the least ?

Amazing service! Came in sept 5th around 4p and had my phone battery replaced in 1 hour. He gave me a phone call to come pick it up, when I got to the store he gave me alot of insight about what could go wrong in the future with my phone (phone related not replacement parts related) and even what was wrong & could be wrong with it now. Amazing service no scratches, no cracks, came out looking better then when it came in! Would recommend to anyone. Added before and after pictures.

Went in for a screen protector. They didn't have stock for the new Google pixel phone we got. Got info where we could get one. Got it and they installed it, free. Great service. Gave me some great info about the new phone

Took my water damaged phone in for repair and was told it could probably be fixed. I got a call stating it was fixed ready for pick up. I got there and noticed cell connection was not working. They gave me the go update it and let us know. I wasn't fixed. Good luck
