Taken my dog (English Springer Spaniel) here twice now. He’s come out perfectly groomed to our request and really happy on both occasions. He usually gets stressed at groomers but not here. They do a great job and checked each time what we wanted. Will continue to go here here on in! Thank you and recommend.

I took both of my German Shepherds here today for the first time. Neither one of them have ever been professionally groomed. (As they are both rescuses.)The did a absolutely amazing job. Both my babies look and smell amazing. They were understanding of my youngest having a dissatisfaction with other dogs cause she was attacked as a puppy.They treated both of my dogs to an amazing spa day and I will 100% be bringing them back to feel and look as great as they do.Great experience with some great staff. ?

The very unfriendly man would not honor his prices listed on his website. He said "oh, we changed our prices". I'm sorry but isn't false advertising illegal? He was not nice at all and rolled his eyes at me. The place seemed dirty as well. My first and last time here. Stay away.

Took my Yorkie in to get his nails clipped last week and the young girl that took him in back cut way past the kwik and didn't even bother to let me know. The only reason I found out was because I bathed him the next day and noticed a way too short, stubby nail covered in Kwik Stop Powder. I get it, mistakes happen, but at least be a decent enough human being to let the pet owners know. Smfh

I had a great experience here. My first time, and the staff was kind, attentive, helpful, very accommodating, and very customer service oriented to say the least. I highly recommend this place for self dog wash facilities. This place is very clean. They also have grooming services available as well. Very reasonably priced too. Thanks. I will be back!
