“Had a lovely experience with customer support with Tech Trade Partners. I ordered a desktop online and when it arrived the packaging had degraded and called support to see if they could send me a replacement. Tom was super courteous and said he would look into replacing the part/ making it right and would call me back. Within an hour someone called me back and I have a replacement on the way with a return label for the current piece and we even discussed if this computer was suitable strength for my needs, which was reassuring.”
