Don't go here! They did good body work, but did not complete the job by fixing the exhaust system and the muffler sounds caused by my SUV being rear ended by an F-150 speeding at 40 mph while I was parked at a stop light. I picked the SUV up and it sounded like it did not have a muffler!I then had to reach out to the at fault party's insurance who stated I had to bring the SUV back to the people who did a half ass job after picking it up and the engine roaring when starting or stepping on the accelerator. They said the Caddie SUV sounding like a 1989 Honda Civic with glass packs had nothing to do with the wreck, stating it is just normal wear and tear on the car. I lost all faith in the shop.After 4 hours of driving to different mechanics, the new mechanic stated that being rear ended absolutely caused the issues mentioned above!The techs at Collision Connection Auto Body did half hearted work. I believe in helping mom and pops shops, but don't waste your time. They will do the bare minimum and not do the right thing when no one is looking. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I have taken my vehicles over the years here and always excellent work. I have had accident work done as well as voluntary work I wanted done. The work was always done promptly. I have referred this shop to friends and they were happy with the work there, too. This is a little locally owned shop, not a chain which is nice to know it supports the community.

The lady that came out was rude I have a show car 1965 Pontiac 2 + 2 she put writing board right on my trunk wiggle my emblems on the trunk she says what are we supposed to do with these and what do you think do you know how to take off emblems bad customer service mean lady they may do good work if you can get past the witch

Do not go here. Quoted me one price. Quoted insurance company a different price. When I called collision connection to get confirmation that they would do the repairs at the price quoted to the insurance company they said they would not and the repairs would cost more then the insurance company was quoted but the insurance company would pay it. I call the insurance company they said they would not pay more. When I called back Collision Connection to let them know the woman yelled at me "I been doing this 20 years. This is how the game is played. If you don't like it find another shop." Started out so sweet then turned into Karen. Save yourself the stress do not go here.

We cannot say enough about Collision Connection Auto Body. Have used them on several occasions and have been very happy with their work.
