After purchasing fuel at Shell/CircleK in Oswego, a hot weary traveler (me) went into the store to refresh my water bottle with a few ice cubes.I was advised by Cynthia that there was going to be a charge for this common customer courtesy.This lack of customer service is very uncommon in my decades of purchasing Shell products and such treatment speaks poorly of Circle K as well.Caveat emptor.

Circle K is a Shell branded fuel, convenient store and car wash. I usually try for an outside pump because of how narrow it is to have two cars side by side. With the Rewards Card fuel is often the same price as Sam's Club right across the street. That is when the reader for the Rewards card actually works. Too often there is no paper at the pump for a receipt and it's a hassle having to go inside for one to be printed. We used to use the car wash, however washes in the area are competitively priced and offer a better wash with a free rain/rewash guarantee. With the addition of the Sonic Car Wash and fuel station being built down the street it will be interesting if Circle K ups their game with an improved wash.

How can you give a gas station a bad review... Lol!! It has plenty of pumps so even if busy you can still get in. It has a pretty decent car wash so you can get gas and a clean car at the same place. Plus the workers when I've had to go in have always been nice! They keep inside and outside clean so feel safe going here any time of the day. Bonus, its minutes from my home so great when running low on fuel!
