My original review was one star but after talking with McKinley, my thoughts about this place changed for the better.If you do not bank with McKinley, then you’re an idiot. Nothing less than a personable experience. I can truly say that I walked away opening an account feeling happy.And I am still not sure who Data is from Star Trek. But trust me, McKinley will know. McKinley Gang or die.Original : I called at least 5 times at all different times and days. No one from the branch ever answered.

SIX trips to meet with a banker to change an address I have POA over. They been provided with a copy of the POA TWO times!! And Chase sent me a letter stating they received the POA. And still can't get it right!!! What a J O K E !!!!

Only one outside drive up ATM works half the time out of three. Two lanes for business and regular drive always empty. Service in the inside is so slow and most employees give off a vibe that they don't want to be there. Sad for such a large world wide bank. Do better.

I really hate this branch. They never answer the phone at all. I can call any other chase branch and get to talk to someone who works there, but calling this branch you will never get an answer. You will have to drive up there if you have any questions or concerns. This place isn’t that busy that can’t answer 1 time. I called them every 30 mins for 5 hours and no answer

As far as I know this branch has no withdrawal services. I tried taking out rent money on both the machine inside, and the ATM. Both had trouble giving me my money

If I could give negative stars, I would. They care nothing for their customers at this branch. Do they even train their staff? Do they just pull anyone off the street? I have several accounts, a home loan and a car loan with Chase. I went in to set up a high school checking account for my son. The teller laughed at me because I didn't have an appointment. She thought the whole thing was rather amusing. I said I would just wait. She said "sure, go ahead, they have appointments all day and you won't be seen." Really professional. Changing banks.

Today, I had a great experience with Assistant Vice President Relationship Banker Mckinley P. Baggett, he was very nice and explain everything about my account. I live in a Plainfield, IL, but usually, when have some problems or issues in my I account, I decide to go for assistance and help in the Chase Bank, located in Oswego, IL, I found professional skilled workers as many time I need. 5 stars for this.

Definitely my last visit to this branch. Very unprofessional and rude teller is Sam. Maybe just bad day for him. Hope he serves others customers better.

To say my experience was disappointing is an understatement. I understand the branch closes at 5pm, but we were there well before then, signed in, waiting twenty minutes, and then kicked out. This is completely unacceptable. If this was the case there should be an attendant at the sign in station to inform people they will not be seen today. My time is just a valuable as yours and this branch seems to feel differently. The manager on duty was completely unprofessional. This branch has lost a new account due to her poor customer service and lack of communication.Wish I would have looked at the reviews before going to this branch.
