My personal items were removed from my vehicle and lost. Some of the items were of sentimental value and cannot be replaced. I had a bumper repaired so there was absolutely no reason for anything to be removed from the storage area in my door or from the storage in the interior of the vehicle.

This is no doubt a difficult time to be in the automotive repair business given the uncertainty of supply chains. This company was upfront and honest, communicated constantly, did exemplary work. They went above and beyond with the detailing. This is a company that cares about their work and the customer experience.

Doesnt allow cash. Was not told doesnt allow cash. Had to open checking account at walmart down the street to get casheirs check. Couldnt pay with card over the phone. Dont use
