Came here 2 twice in the last two weeks since i recently moved into the orland area. First time was for an oil change and i advised them to take a look at my drivers seat because it was loose (2021 rogue under warranty). Dude said we fixed the issue. As soon as i left i still felt the seat loose. That whole process took roughly THREE HOURS which was insane since i had an appt. I made another appt for loose seat two weeks later. Its been 6 hours and counting im at the dealership across the street at infiniti still waiting so i decided to write a review. After 3 hours of waiting i asked the infiniti manager to call nissan to give me a status. Nissan is under construction so I have to wait at infiniti. Manager said someone will call you they were calling the wrong number. My phone number is on file and i also provided my phone number when i dropped the car off in the morning i saw the guy write it down. Anyway whoever i spoke with they said they are replcing the frame of the seat. Soon will be 7 hours. No one has called me yet or offered a loaner or anything. The serive is trash. The people i have been dealing with have no sense of urgency. Bunch of losers who dont know how to schedule appts and manage time. Few months ago I also brought my murano for an oil change that took almost 3 hours as well. Zero Fucks given by this dealership. There is not one reason anyone should come back to service their vehicle here. Also if you're reading this at Infiniti clean your coffee machine its sicking and the lid was open 2 weeks ago and is open today. Disgusting service with the most disgusting people working here you should be ashamed of yourselves and the service you provide. I will drive out of my way to another nissan. NEGATIVE STARS FOR NEGATIVE SERVICE.

Moved back to Chicago after 12 years. Tried Kelly Nissan, they were so rude on the phone I didn’t go to the appointment. I chose Zeigler and their customer service is immaculate. They do their best to not inconvenience you. Adam Abdullah assisted me recently. 5 stars!

Keith was wonderful and very informative he knew what to look for when I stated what I wanted, the only thing I didn’t like is that the car wasn’t cleaned out or washed. Neither was the car checked for minor problems such as things like windshield wiper fluid and that all the mirrors where fully functional. So the small details weren’t paid enough attention to. I had to return the car to have the side mirrors replaced because they were stained if they would’ve checked ahead of giving me the car the problem could have been resolved but it was done in a timely manner so in the end I am still satisfied with my purchase! And would like to thank Keith again for be a great help to myself.

They replaced both my husband's and my battery last July. In the last month, both of our batteries have failed. We took them to a dealership much closer to our house, and they told us the batteries were junk and needed to be replaced. We bought top-of-the-line batteries this time, hoping we would never experience this kind of issue.Fun fact. They mark the batteries for when they were installed. Ours were both marked June 2022. Our replacements were done on July 19th. A couple of issues that are concerning. 1. Both batteries were installed the same day and had zero charge within days of each other one year later. 2. Both batteries were marked with an earlier installation date -- seems like a disingenuous tactic. 3. When I called and spoke with the current GM, there was a new one every time I had an issue. He was at first reasonable but then became condescending and combative. I won't name him, though I'd like to put his name on blast for how he spoke to me. I've had other issues with this Auto Group. Out of pure frustration, I called corporate and eventually connected with their CFO. At first, he seemed willing to help. I was personally invested in telling my story so that corporate can consider how better to train their employees. I didn't want anything, but as the dialogue continued, he also became slightly combative, telling me that the GM had been very generous to offer to replace it for 50% off. Essentially, he was saying, stop complaining, lady, it's just a battery. I will NEVER buy a car from Zeigler Auto Group. I know from talking to a former business office employee that they incentivize their employees to post fake reviews and fill out employee satisfaction surveys under a watchful eye. They are being coached on which buzzwords to use.

Nathan our salesman today worked well with us. We drove 2 hrs to look at a car he had. He face timed us before we came so we could get a good look and decide if we wanted to make the trip. When we arrived he had the car cleaned up, ready for a test drive. He communicated well with us and on our behalf to Sam his manager. Sam did a great job making sure some small things were done to the car before we took possession. Very pleased and yes it was worth the drive. Highly recommend Nathan who is a hardworking personable young man.

Had the pleasure of working with Will and Zach this evening. Purchased the family truckster. It’s a damn fine automobile. These guys made it seamless and very quick. Would recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to see these guys at Ziegler without hesitation.

Im giving a 5 star because my overall experience was good. They will try to sell you all the extra items, paint protection, extended warranties that you really don't need. Everyone is different on this. I got my price is all that mattered. They had the vehicle I wanted.

I am so excited I bought my car last Friday but I was not happy I talk to the GM of sales Grant he give me the 2 chance to trade my car for an other , Nate the sales young guy help us to get the best car for my family and the best APR , I will recommend 100% this place, the finance guy very helpful and polite too. They have also people how speak Spanish .??? thanks God first .

Cam was an excellent salesman! We came in for a Nissan Versa but were told stock on those went quickly. We talked budget a little bit and he was able to get us a brand new Nissan Sentra within our budget. He was extra friendly and made sure to keep our best interests top of mind. I will definitely be buying my next car from him, thanks Cam and team!

Went to see a car, that had an appointment to see, wife and I arrive on time! But the salesman states car on an extended test drive. Can you come back , info call when the test drive is over this is 6:00 pm , no call until next day in the afternoon . That was my first and last visit.Could have been a Nissan rogue buyer
