bracelet online. It looked beautiful in the instagram picture, but when it arrived, it’s poorly made and all the flowers are not intact, one of them broke after one wear. When I contacted them regarding the issue the told me, they’ll by as scrap gold! Which means I would lose nearly half of the price for something that is not my fault!

Absolutely the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been too. Avoid this place at all costs. Purchased a birthday gift for my wife. 7 gram gold bracelet and paid 576. The salesman told me I had 2 weeks to return or exchange it if need be. My wife went back 1 week later and the salesman refused to give the money back even with the receipt. He said he would only exchange it for another bracelet. Couldn’t even exchange it for an English coin even though the bracelet was worth more. Then he offered 300 dollars to buy it back. And when she finally exchanged for a different bracelet that costs less he tried to keep the 50 dollar tax I paid on the first bracelet. Absolute joke of a store. Definitely lost my business. If I could give less then 0 stars I would.
