Simulators here are very high quality. I love that the ball will auto set itself on the tee. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’d give this a negative. I went in and it was okay at first. We were waiting for our bay which started at 8pm. As we were waiting we were served by a bartender. It was a Tuesday night waited 20 minutes for my drink and the bay was still not available. So then I ordered some food and when the food came out… the hotdog bun was hard as a rock, the hot dog was frozen on the inside. I waited another 15 minutes to get the bartender’s attention and yet our bay was STILL not ready. I told the bartender the food was not edible and she touched the food right in front of me and other guests. Then took the food back. We finally got our bay and 35 minutes later as we were playing we couldn’t find a server to ask where our food went.. at this point we didn’t want to eat anymore. The game was about to end. The food finally came out 5 minutes left from the game. The food was still terrible and the server said “sorry we don’t have a cook tonight”…. A kitchen that’s open and no chef around… Joseph the manager said “we will issue a refund for your experience” that didn’t happen couldn’t care about it. Megan the other manager probably didn’t even know about this situation. And Ken another manager answered the phone absolutely lost. So if you experience bad food and service do me a favor and don’t waste your time at this location.

First timer. Place was very nice. We will be back. On a bad note drinks were really over priced. 18 dollars for a build your bloody mary. 10 dollars for small mixed drink. Had a good time. The ladies on Sunday were great. Extremely disappointing that we paid 20 percent on the hours we spent there in the simulator and that added an extra 80 dollar tip.. You should inform them that the bill will be separate from the drinks and food.

Sorry, but this used to be my go to place. They are overbooked and let people go over their time. You end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes past your appointed start time. A lot of problems with the sensors in the bays. The sensors dont work half the time. When John and Cynthia owned this place, it was awesome. Now it stinks, charging you $50 bucks an hour for bays that dont work right. Go to 19th Hole down the street instead. XGolf had become another corporate greed cash grab.

Please fix your booking website. Nobody wants to tip 15-20% for golf on top of paying for alcohol.It feels like the website purposely doesn’t work bc you want the bartenders to get tipped more.One last suggestion would be to hire a full timer to fix the machines.

This is an amazing place for golf lovers and parties. I hosted a surprise birthday party for my partner and it was a huge success. Cindy, the event manager, helped me every step of the way in planning and was always there to answer my questions. The simulators were top notch, food was delicious, and service was exceptional. Thanks again, we will back!

Took my brother and boyfriend here. We had a great time. The owner was absolutely awesome! The bartender was great too! Highly recommend!!

Sim prices are too high. You can get a booking at Naperville for 27 hr.

Fun place for an outing. The staff is very helpful. Make sure you have the clubs you need, they get mixed up when people play. Wouldn't recommend for golfer trying to work on their swing. The simulation is a fun game.

Had a Birthday party for a friend here! From booking with Cindy to the staff and owner when we were there everything was great!! the staff treated our party like family even with the owners mothers birthday party happening at the same time!!! would 100% go again expecting the same type of service!!!!
