I WAS GREETED BY TWO HOT FUNNY HELPFUL YOUNG MEN CHRIS AND CAYDEN WHO HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED EVEN PLACED AN ORDERED FOR A HOME DELIVERY BECAUSE I WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOR. GOT ME OUT IN TIME AND LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME, IT WAS GREAT! THEN I DECIDED I WANTED TO LEAVE A REVIEW AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW SO I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH DANIEL, VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CLOTHES!”

“This store is conveniently located in Orland Park, IL. It looks like a high end boutique with Petite, Regular and Plus sizes. I have always found something I liked there. The service is phenomenal and friendly. The dressing rooms are immaculate, and the clothing is placed neatly on racks or on tables. I only wish they had shoes there. A while ago, I bought leather boots from Talbots and they lasted me 8 years. Of course, I had to put new taps on from time to time. But now, I need another pair of boots. It would be more convenient to try on in a store instead of by mail. Nonetheless, I love Talbots for its elegance and fashionable flair. The clothes are timeless; perfect for work, a nice evening out, or day out with friends.”
“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“I have shopped at the Joliet store and Orland Park store the past couple of years. The Manager Max is the best part of the Hot Topic experience because he managed both locations and he always is so helpful. A business is only as strong as it's customer service and Max is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the items. I love the t shirt's, crazy nerdy items and the prices. Great location and good mall with lots of great shops. Visit Max and have fun.”

“Just bought a suit K&G in Orland Park 12/16/2023 and I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever came across. Charles is amazing and extremely extremely intelligent. He helped me pick out a beautiful suit that matched my Fiancée’s dress. I showed him a picture of Hany fiancées dress and told him I need a nice suit to match it, he literally measured me and got me a full suit set up in 15 mins. Everyone at my engagement loved my suit!! I spent 4 hours at Macys and walked out with nothing. I can’t thank you guys enough especially Charles. Let him know I appreciate him and I will always recommend people to him. You the man Charles! My daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and she mentioned that many of her friends shop here for semi formal and formal attire. Our experience at the Windsor in Orland Park was favorable. “Their employee, Grace, has the BEST customer service that I’ve ever had in life! Not exaggerating at all. I was driving hours away to find Honda shirts and she went above and beyond to show me what their store had and made sure my size was available. When I got there to pick it up, she had it at the register already and a size up just in case. Come to find out, I definitely needed that size up. My daughter grabbed the xs that she also had at the counter for us. Thank you so much Grace! I really hope Tilly’s shows you recognition. We need more people like you.”

I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. “The customer service is better on the AE side. When I mistakenly walked into the Aerie side to pick up my online order, I received no welcome in from the young lady but when the Caucasian ladies entered the store they received a nice welcome. Please train better customer service on that side and hire non racist young ladies.Thank God I received excellent customer service from the African American young lady on the American Eagle side. A very warm welcome.”

“Three years ago I broke my foot, since always looking for quality fitting shoes. Let me introduce Big River Footwear, 9636 W 161st St, Orland Park, IL. I had a fit specialist Keagan Alba, measure my foot and suggest the best arch support shoes. After testing a couple of pair I was able to purchase the most comfortable. Keagan was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Yes the shoes are more expensive, but your feet are worth it. Thus, I highly recommend “Big River Footwear if you’re serious about your feet. PS they also have sportswear.”
