Do not use their brokerage services to trade, this is the worst bank I ever had to deal with when it comes to online trading. STAY AWAY!!!! I opened a brokerage account under my trust and started trading stocks. After some time, they required some forms and locked my account without calling me. At this point I have stocks that I cannot sell and they don't care. I sent in the forms twice, once through one of their branches and they have yet to call me back. They keep saying two to three business days and I have yet to receive any phone calls. It's been close to three weeks and I keep calling and trying to sell my stocks with no luck. I tried escalating this and getting a hold of that department to release my account so I can sell my stock but they will not transfer me over because there is no direct line. They don't care if your stocks tank and you lose all of your money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! The thing is that I am not the type to go out of my way to write a review but their lack of caring and incompetence was just too much and I had to do something.

I called to inquirer about a wells fargo situtation that I had and I got a woman on the phone who was complete dismissive and when I commented on the situation being a disadvantage to me, her reply was " I dont know what to tell you! " I have never been spoken to in this manner. They truly need a new receptionist.

I had a small thing to take care of with Wells Fargo. I was told while speaking to Wells Fargo on the phone, I could take care of it at my local Wells Fargo office. I just called this office as it's near my home. The lady who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. If I treated any customer I'm the manner she treated me, I'd be fired instantly.

I opened up a mutual fund bond with John Demarco from Wells Fargo that I recommend everyone to read the fine print, I thought Wells Fargo was very highly recommended bank so I bought a municipal fund bond the very next day I noticed that there was 7,500.00 deduction out of the municipal bond, I called him and asked what was the deduction for he stated that it is for the sales commission fee that I guess I've should have explained that better to you, looking over the paper work I couldn't do anything about it legally he was right however being a financial adviser it's hard to trust someone that don't tell you that there's a 7,500.00 commission fee charged up front, it's really a shame because I could of put more into the municipal bond to avoid that charge after reading all the paper work. The only reason why I'm posting this so other people beware, I will file a complaint with the better business bureau but however it's also my fault I signed it there was also other paperwork that was given to me that's we're the investment amount shows all the figures of charges not on the one I signed. Totally didn't tell me about a 7,500.00 commission fee very wrong. Why didn't you give me a paper telling me this will be deducted out of my account tomorrow totally dishonest person! To Wells Fargo I'm willing to take a lie detector test never one time mention about a 7,500.00 fee.

Read the fine print with this guy or you'll wake up the next day with a with a big commission fee out of your municipal fund bond that he simply doesn't tell you about, honestly your better off bringing a lawyer with you before signing anything, I thought a financial adviser was someone that you can trust. I still believe Wells Fargo will look into this and credit me I'm willing to take a lie detector test never one time he mentioned a 7,500.00 commission fee taken out of my municipal bond I didn't find out to the next business day I called him and his answer was I should of explained that part better to you.
