very important information for people filling scripts here: according to their own pharmacist the automated refil system does. ot work. please, do not refill your scripts automatically, their own people say it waists your time and does not work at all. just be aware, if you need something done here do not settle until you talk to a real person. once more, the automated system does not work or refil your scripts according to their own staff. hope everyone gets the meds they need.

This Walgreen's is horrible beginning with the pharmacy which sucks. Everyone is always confused and very curt and acts like they can't be bothered with answering a question. Poor customer service and no follow up whatsoever. If you don't like your job then leave! I hope corporate is reading this review.

High prices overall. Also, I had a horrible experience getting photos printed. First, they weren’t ready when they were supposed to be. So I went back the next morning. I picked up the photos, and when I got home, I realized that one was cut off at the top. I went back a third time and was told that was how I submitted that photo, which was not true. The photo looked fine on my account page. I went home and double check how I submitted the photo, and it was correct. I called the manager, and after a lot of back and forth, I went in a fourth time so she could re-print the photo correctly. When she reprinted it, it finally was not cut off, but it was too bright, and washed out. I sat there for 15 minutes while the manager and an employee tried to fix the color, but they could not. So after four visits to Walgreens, and two phone calls, I am left without a usable photo.

terrible pharmacy service. took my dad for 4 hour dental surgery. Four medications we're called In during his procedure so they would be ready well in advance. we pull up to the drive through and are told they are ready, but pharmacists was giving a shot give her 5 mins. I let her know I was going to park and come in since his throat was sore from intubation and grabbed throat spray and went to the counter. Then I was told to have a seat because now pharmacist was on the phone. I was uncomfortable leaving my post op dad still out of it from anesthesia and my special needs daughter in the car so I wanted to stand and wait. I was given an attitude for that. no one else was in line so I waited. finally paid for the prescriptionas and left. we get home and notice the antibiotics are not there. I call the pharMacy get put on hold twice, i let them know it was missing and they said oh it wasn't ready. no mention of it while I was there. now waiting 30 mins before I have to go back again and deal with the rude pharmacy staff.

Very rude cashier. Never shopping here again.I am in my 60's, wouldn't sell me beer. Never asked before. She was just snotty.

Extremely rude pharmacy technicians. I dread the drive-through, they are condescending, harsh, and simply rude. I’m in the process of moving my entire family’s prescriptions to CVS, we had to change to Walgreens because of Cvs‘s contract with the Blue cross blue shield. Managers need to do better with oversight and accountability of their young techs who interface with customers.

Being in the care of the pharmacy manager Samah has made my experience at this location remarkable. Every interaction with her is personable. Most recently, I haven’t had the time to pick up my prescription and was happy to receive a call from Sam offering to have my medication delivered at no cost! I wouldn’t have known this service was available to me without her.

Pharmacy Tech Nora is a true jewel for this Wagreens store. She embodies all the definitions of excellent customer service. Always smiling friendly, patient. It's always a joy to pick up my medications.

You know any Walgreens is great they got basically everything you need and their prices are pretty fair compared to CVS but their prices are usually fair and you can catch a lot of deals if you watch the ads in the little papers they give at the front definitely pick one up and look at it because they got coupons in there and then you get rewards for signing up for reward points and you get money off of shopping and only spend more than $25 to get $10 off so it's definitely something to look into if you shop at Walgreens

There is a vert racist Indian girl who works there she was wearing a black and white stripe shirt today. She's very rude she always throws the change and receipts on the counter instead of handing them to you. She has dropped my merchandise on the floor purposely as as I didn't see her trying to hand me my bag without my product inside. Her energy is nasty she needs to be fired immediately.

I've gotten my vaccines from Walgreens for the past 2-3 years and have never once been refused service. Tonight I was waiting over 45 mins (with an appt) for the pharmacist to tell me I should go to "my doctor to better manage my care" because I had fainted in my teens when getting shots but have not fainted since...I am in my 40s. Fairly certain I was discriminated based upon my looks and assumptions were made by pharmacist. I filed a complaint with corporate and went down the road to another Walgreens pharmacist who said she will try to fit me in.
