Staff was so rude to another pharmacist when I was out of town - pharmacist was hung up on. I will never give them business again! I was so embarrassed that was how they were treated by someone in my hometown! Too many other options of pharmacy’s to let them get away with rude behavior!

Stopped in to pick up a new prescription and was told my doctor’s office didn’t push it through, they must have sent it to the wrong pharmacy. This was after I had an email confirming that my prescription was ready. The woman who waiting on me couldn’t have been more rude. She was dressed in her valentines best. Told me it was up to me to figure out that they had nothing there. She even turned her computer screen toward me and said see, I have nothing. I then reach out to my doctor’s office and they respond and send me the confirmation that the RX was sent there so I call and now they find it and I have to go back. Mistakes are made, that I understand but you can be kind and professional about it verses being incredibly rude. Wish I had her name to take this higher. Have been coming here for years, and yes they are very busy but that’s no excuse to be unprofessional and RUDE. And, Walgreens your store is dirty.

I have been shopping there for almost 8 years and the past year things have definitely changed. The staff is not friendly, they look depressed and upset all the time. The store is dirty and they never have the shelves stocked properly. I can’t ever seem to get all of the items at once. The pharmacy the past month has been absolutely terrible to my husband when he goes every other week to fill his prescription, they don’t have it ready or can’t seem to process it correctly. They have people who can’t work the system correctly. Today I was placed on hold for a very long period of time just for them to look up a prescription I fill monthly. The girl told me no refills when I knew I had several more and then another person came back saying they will go fill it. Never apologized for the mix up or rudeness. I will now take my business to another store.

very important information for people filling scripts here: according to their own pharmacist the automated refil system does. ot work. please, do not refill your scripts automatically, their own people say it waists your time and does not work at all. just be aware, if you need something done here do not settle until you talk to a real person. once more, the automated system does not work or refil your scripts according to their own staff. hope everyone gets the meds they need.

This Walgreen's is horrible beginning with the pharmacy which sucks. Everyone is always confused and very curt and acts like they can't be bothered with answering a question. Poor customer service and no follow up whatsoever. If you don't like your job then leave! I hope corporate is reading this review.

((update)) This pharmacy is still one of the sloppiest & inefficient pharmacies I've ever used in my life. The fact that this is still up and running without diversion shutting it down is beyond my understanding.

High prices overall. Also, I had a horrible experience getting photos printed. First, they weren’t ready when they were supposed to be. So I went back the next morning. I picked up the photos, and when I got home, I realized that one was cut off at the top. I went back a third time and was told that was how I submitted that photo, which was not true. The photo looked fine on my account page. I went home and double check how I submitted the photo, and it was correct. I called the manager, and after a lot of back and forth, I went in a fourth time so she could re-print the photo correctly. When she reprinted it, it finally was not cut off, but it was too bright, and washed out. I sat there for 15 minutes while the manager and an employee tried to fix the color, but they could not. So after four visits to Walgreens, and two phone calls, I am left without a usable photo.

I unfortunately have some health issues, it happens while we age. This Walgreens is the closest to my house so, I go here all the time. I find that these great professionals have come to know me personally. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the personal touch I get when I visit, which is usually every week. In person I’d like to acknowledge is Juanita. She is the best! I can’t say enough about her and the staff working in the pharmacy! With covid, they have worked every day for us and I am very appreciative of their professionalism. I will continue to use this location as my primary pharmacy. Thank all of you for what you do!
