They should change the name from minute clinic to hour clinic not to mention they don’t tell you that you talk to someone through an iPad which took 30 minutes just to get a hold of. You can go to a CVS instead and it’s a lot more smoother than this place.

I do not recommend this Walgreens. I bought this dip and when I opened it and when I looked at it there was mold all over it and my son told me and we had to take him to the hospital. I would give this a 0 star

I initially did a curbside pickup where the representative came out, and stated there was an issue with the order & they can’t cash it out till it’s picked up. I let her know I’ll be back I have my sons appointment. While at the appointment I noticed the my curbside picked up was marked “picked up,” and I never picked it up. When I went back to the store I parked on curbside but wasn’t able to have the someone come out because the Walgreens purposefully marked it as pick up. I couldn’t go down to the store because my baby was sleeping and wasn’t feeling well. Mind you one of the items was childrens Motrin after many attempts of trying to call the store to see what went I was able to get a hold of pharmacy who sent me to the manager who kept stating he didn’t know what was going to have asked multiple times why is my order more just picked up and why is it being held? He put me on a hold got back on the phone and stated that he would bring it out. I asked why am I going through all of this never happens he stated a snarky comment “you thought you were going to get a particular item for this price” so instead of calling professionally, letting me know, there was a glitch in the system that the item incorrectly they marked my pick up as picked up, held it at the managers office wanted me to come down with my child, and after many times asking why this is all happening decided to give me a unprofessional response. I literally drove away without the medication. Never give business to this Walgreens they could have handle the communication in a better matter and not had me come back and fourth just to hold my items hostage over a price glitch that could have been communicated to me, and I would have completely understood.

Photo attended was not helpful at all. Ignored me. Mostly when I asked for help I got very little didn't get my pictures. Going to go somewhere else.

Doing this survey for my Mom, who always raves about the help she gets from the Manager Larry. Today he helped her with a gift card issue and made her day with his deductive thinking. Wanted to give the store some extra support, as this is her favorite location, and she always loves shopping there.

Walgreens is supposed to be a place that promotes health. The bathroom is egregiously disgusting and I saw two male employees standing face to face simply chatting it up while one lady was at the register, meaning they have time to clean it.. I know they had time to clean the bathroom because they had time to follow me around the store when I left out of the bathroom. Also, it seems to be proven that hand dryers promote germs, and there were no paper towels in the bathroom, so I had to grab the door handle with my clean hands.

I saw the rudest cashier talking to a customer and belittling this customer, she had blonde curls and she needs a talking on how to talk to people regardless of how they personally feel about someone.

I was happy to see a Walgreens close by where I work, but the cashiers are very slow at this location, which makes it not an option for me to go to on my 30 minute break. I work five mins away from this Walgreens it is literally a half mile away and driving there and waiting in line, because there always is one just makes it not suitable for a store that should be a quick in and out type of place for necessities on the go. Consider self checkout perhaps ? I hope this encourages you to have more registers open and to train your staff to be quicker behind the cashier.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. My son got an ear infection, and prescribed antibiotics. Turns out there wasn’t enough in the bottle for how long he needed it for. So after refusing to give correct amount, the ear infection not only doesn’t go away, but spreads to the other ear. Dr prescribed antibiotics again, so I call the pharmacy and make sure they’ll have the correct amount ready for us, and the technician was extremely rude, didn’t answer any questions and hangs up on me. I’m in disbelief.

Every time we fill a prescription and they push their generic brands and try to tell you that there is no difference between one to another this is absolutely not true you can check with your doctors. when you try to discuss this they become irate and try to play doctor. Everyone understands generics are a alternative but you have no right to tell patients generics are the same as brand-name. this is probably why you have lost all your best pharmacist to other companies.
