very important information for people filling scripts here: according to their own pharmacist the automated refil system does. ot work. please, do not refill your scripts automatically, their own people say it waists your time and does not work at all. just be aware, if you need something done here do not settle until you talk to a real person. once more, the automated system does not work or refil your scripts according to their own staff. hope everyone gets the meds they need.

terrible pharmacy service. took my dad for 4 hour dental surgery. Four medications we're called In during his procedure so they would be ready well in advance. we pull up to the drive through and are told they are ready, but pharmacists was giving a shot give her 5 mins. I let her know I was going to park and come in since his throat was sore from intubation and grabbed throat spray and went to the counter. Then I was told to have a seat because now pharmacist was on the phone. I was uncomfortable leaving my post op dad still out of it from anesthesia and my special needs daughter in the car so I wanted to stand and wait. I was given an attitude for that. no one else was in line so I waited. finally paid for the prescriptionas and left. we get home and notice the antibiotics are not there. I call the pharMacy get put on hold twice, i let them know it was missing and they said oh it wasn't ready. no mention of it while I was there. now waiting 30 mins before I have to go back again and deal with the rude pharmacy staff.

Very rude cashier. Never shopping here again.I am in my 60's, wouldn't sell me beer. Never asked before. She was just snotty.

There is a vert racist Indian girl who works there she was wearing a black and white stripe shirt today. She's very rude she always throws the change and receipts on the counter instead of handing them to you. She has dropped my merchandise on the floor purposely as as I didn't see her trying to hand me my bag without my product inside. Her energy is nasty she needs to be fired immediately.

I get my medication from this store and the ladies in the pharmacy are always so rude and impatient. I have military insurance and they always give me issues when I'm trying to pick up my medications even though my insurance is already in their system. Its to the point I have to pick up in days I'm not working or doing anything because they make me late to work almost every single time.

Do NOT go here for PCR Covid tests... I waited on my test and finally got it back after 3 days and my wife is going on the 4th day now of waiting. Not sure how that's possible, I feel they are telling us this is so serious yet taking their sweet time at the lab. Believe it or not I was fully recovered by the time I knew that I had covid.The reason I get five stars is because I know the covid test speed is not due to Walgreens negligence and I actually like this Walgreens but again, I would find a better place. My dad went and got one in Lemont and got his results back in 24 hours during the same time period...

Just left Walgreens in Orland at 179th. For a healthcare company it is disappointing how poorly they are following guidelines. 1. Guy walked in with NO MASK and 2 employees said nothing. Let him wander the store and check out. 2. Employee putting stock on shelves in beauty aisle with her mask below her nose. 3. Employee at check out with face shield on and NO MASK!!that is no better than not wearing a mask.

I agree with the other reviews this Walgreens is hands down the worst pharmacy of all. Been there to pick up prescriptions that they called and said they were ready and had to wait for them to process. Went there the other day to pickup my granddaughters prescriptions and was given 1 of the 2. Drove all the way home and realized it, then drove back. Told the clerk I only got 1 of the 2 and she looked at me like "so what". I asked why this happened and she said the other one wasn't ready. Do you think they could of told me this..... WORST store in all the world....

I never write reviews, but this place has compelled me to do so. Time and time again this pharmacy location is hands down the worst provider of service EVER. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for me to spend 15-30 minutes in line every single time I come here. For goodness sakes, hire more people. Who manages this place anyways?

I would give less stars if I could. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. The Prescriptions are never ready,the wait is too long and they are not Customer Focused. No prescriptions when the Pharmacist is on lunch. If you have a complaint the Pharmacy Manager in charge is on Vacation for 2 weeks. The Store Manager does not even know who in Corporate to call with complaints. I just changed over to CVS no problems and Quick Service. I suggest if your insurance let's you FIRE Walgreens and Go TO CVS.
