I've never been quite so frustrated with a photo department. They make you jump through hoops if you take a nice photo to get them printed. I understand why you would need a print release from a professional but when someone says they didn't go to a professional and then insists on producing a print release when the person who took the photos is not a professional is outrageous. They should have a waiver or something they could fill out online saying they take responsibility if this invisible photographer sues them, NOT yell at the customer saying sorry Charlie nothing we can do. I've only had a problem at this Walgreens, other ones have been fine. As well as target and CVS. If you think you took a nice photo and want it printed do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I recommend NationsPhotoLab.com. Beautiful prints, worth the extra money.. Thanks for ruining my day Maria. Highly recommend Mr. Larry re-evaluate this practice and teach some manners. Other establishments have got it down pretty nicely!

Amazing service from ikhlas , when I say she went above and beyond- that is an understatement. I had horrible customer service issue with the store on 111th and western. Coming from the city to this location was well worth it. Very sweet, personable and helpful. Her demeanor was so very welcoming that I needed prints again and drove the 45mins to this location. The manager was very nice as well, Scott!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been forced to use. Claims every single time they never received any of my prescription orders when I call to see if they're ready but then I'll go home to a voicemail from hours prior saying my prescriptions are ready. Most times they won't notify me that my prescriptions are ready. Tell me my doctor never ordered my prescriptions so then I have to call my doctors office only to be told that they were indeed ordered. I go today to pick up my prescriptions that I've been waiting 8 days for, because they were ordered 8 days ago but the pharmacy "never got the orders" twice so I had to ask my doctor to reorder them a third time to the tech walking outside in the parking lot because "the computers are down but working on it". If you're forced to use Walgreens like I am, PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Nice little Walgreens out on 143rd and Will/Cook Road. Has all the usuals inside: notions, cards, tobacco products, shaving needs, pop, and an aisle with toys and stuff for kids. Of course, every Walgreens centers around the pharmacy, and this one is no exception. Nice large pharmacy that can probably take care of whatever medicine you need. Personally, what I like about all Walgreens stores is that when they do find themselves out of something they can order it and - with their constant resupply and restocking - can usually get what you need within 48 hours. Nice to have that capability. Employees seemed nice and everything seemed to run like a clock. We'll be back.

I was at this Wal-Greens as this is the one that has covid-19 vaccines, and I had an appointment, to get my vaccine this afternoon. Which is only one dose, where other are required 2 doses in 3 weeks. And what was great how quick that I got done, as there was no other people waiting for the vaccine to be given. Wish some of the other Walgreens locations, including the one on LaGrange Road, in Orland Park which would be more closer to me, that was giving it, but what can you do?

This is for the pharmacy only.This walgreen is the worst. Always short handed, staff slow, clueless, they have more issues then Vogue magazine. I always have to check my prescriptions twice and have to explain and repeat things at least twice to make sure prescription is filled correctly. Honestly? They could f**k up a cup of black coffee. Again , this is for the pharmacy only. Best employee there is Jason, who works in the photo section.

this is my home Walgreens it's a small one. I get good service here the employees are have friendly it's not a 24-hour giant one. the pharmacy does a real good job don't have any issues we all shop at this one. has a red box outside the door like many Walgreens do. It sits in quiet shopping mall has its own little close knit group of customers for the most part many people don't really travel to this one as thier is probably about 10 larger ones in a 15 minute drive any which way.
