I especially like the associates. They are knowledgeable and they are kind. They have a nice way of treating people. I actually prefer to physically go in than call automated system. Thx 4 ur time ?

I called and the automated voice said I can walk in at anytime to get a repair done. When I arrived, at 1, they said they were closed until 3 for lunch. You mean to tell me you get a 2hr lunch break?! Absolutely insane. No other staff to cover or anything. Who’s running this place?

Hello, I'm a customer of Visionworks and out of convenience I dealt with the Orland Park location. Today I needed some screws tightened on my eyeglasses and this particular employee who helped me just gives me a feeling that I'm inconveniencing her. After she tightened the screws and I tried them on and noticed fingerprints left from the repair. I asked her to please clean my glasses without an explanation on why. I received a look from her that I was dirt! I said thank you anyway and then received no response from her. Why does management or store manager not recognize this unless she is the store manager? Originally I ordered my pair of glasses from another worker there that was very pleasant and very helpful. Though originally this troubled person was going to help me but fortunately this kind lady took over. If you are looking for a pleasant or normal type of experience at the Orland Park store, just forget it and try a different location. Robert M

This definitely does not reflect the person that helped me when I intially picked my glasses, she was wonderful! When I went in to pick up my glasses I was totally ignored by the sales person. I have been standing here now for over five minutes and have not been acknowledged whatsoever. She didn’t even have the common sense or courtesy to say “ I will be with you momentarily”. She continues to sit here with her possibly family member, making small talk with the customers as three customers are now waiting. She is the only person working here right now and is very rude and unprofessional! I probably will not visit this location again!

Visionworks on LaGrange Rd in Orland Park was great. Everyone was very helpful and the optometrist was very thorough. This store was much better than the one in Tinley Park.

I had such an unfriendly experience with Jeanine I did not even purchase the lenses I came for.I planned on purchasing my lenses out of pocket beforehand. When I finished with the doctor I came and set the frames on her desk, she never once looked up. The doctor also repeatedly tried giving her my prescription, to the point that I just held it for her because she ignored him too.Without me asking, she told me my balance was $0. I told her "that sounds about right since it was used it earlier this year". She ridiculed me saying something about having to get off my mother's insurance and how she tells her kids the same thing. I laugh it off. She then hands me an envelope and dismisses me with a thank you without me having a chance to say I plan on paying for them myself. She assumed I didn't know how insurance worked.This disinterested and unwelcome demeanor was present with her since I arrived, but when she dismissed me without giving me a chance to explain myself I was no longer interested in doing business here. So I just said thank you and left.I now have to book another appointment as my time there was wasted.This was my first and last time visiting this location thanks to this experience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at VisionWorks that I felt compelled to share. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.During my visit, I encountered a customer service representative who was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. From the moment we entered , it was clear that this individual had little interest in assisting us. She displayed a lack of patience and a dismissive attitude.I believe that in any customer-facing role, it's essential for employees to exhibit professionalism and respect towards customers, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Vision Works left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Vision Works, as they may want to consider providing additional training and guidance to their customer service staff. It's essential for any business to prioritize exceptional customer service to retain and attract customers, and my recent encounter fell short of that expectation.

I originally made an appointment for 1pm on your web site. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment. They did have an appointment at 4pm. So I went back at 4pm. Web site is not user friendly!

I’m extremely upset about the automated answering system they have in place. To get any questions answered you have to go to the facility. This is a terrible way to communicate when you have specific questions. I checked on the status of my glasses with the automated system, and it indicated there was no date when my glasses would be ready. I wear progressive glasses. The first time they were done incorrectly, and had to be returned to be corrected. I decided to go to the store, and it turns out they were at the store waiting for me. Very frustrating experience.

My experience at vision work was truly perfection. They took the time to help me select the frames I want it without anyone else in my ear because I have problems with it and when I tell you, I greatly appreciate them you have no idea the wonderful quality of service I receive, and I would recommend anyone to go to Visionworks.
