People who work here are so rude! The first guy we worked with awesome and very friendly. Now all the sudden our phone bill went up by $200 a month! We went there and the lady sitting in a chair up front very rudely told me to “go home and call customer service. I’m telling you we can’t do anything here.” Customer service is giving us the run around and it’s always a problem, then trying to connect to a million different people to “help resolve the issues” She wouldn’t even sit down with me to call them! She just sat in a chair and talked down to me, gave a bad attitude, and basically told me to leave. Her coworker just sat there and watched. Don’t waste your time at this Verizon!!

I just wanted to return my IPhone 13… It’s been 2 months. I just found out from run around like an idiot that when I returned my iPhone 13( AT THIS STORE) I was suppose to get a credit of $800 for my trade-in that was suppose to go toward my iPhone 15 instead one of the ladies did something called a “force buy out” which canceled my promotion and she gave me a gift card of $201. I’ve been calling customer service and driving over to the store several times each time someone was blaming someone else. Review your promos and double check before they do anything because you might get screw $600 off your promo. Verizon check on your people.

Don’t waste your time coming here. We waited for 3 hours just to get a phone and a tablet. The business manager doesn’t know what’s he doing! I wish I could give this Verizon place a 0 star!!!

I would recommend cricket before going to Verizon specifically this store. They are not only thieves but they try to act so innocent about it. The business account manager set up my account incorrectly (I believe it was on purpose), and is having me run in circles to try to receive my money back. I traded in 3 perfectly used Iphones and was supposed to get 3 Iphones for free. I still have the tracking number to this day stating they received my three Iphones but have been getting charged for the phones since the day. This has been going on for almost two years now. In total they have stolen about $2,000.00 from me. No matter what information I give them its never enough and they have my chasing flying pigs. I caught on to still being charged about two months after I signed up and have been trying to get my money back since. I am heading into year two with them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE THEIVES.

I walked in on Wednesday to try and pick up a WiFi router that I had ordered online. The store was slightly busy, but not busy enough for there to be a line. So I sat and waited for anyone to a acknowledge that I was there. But I ended up leaving after sitting there for 30 minutes, even though who I assume was a manger came out from the back and talked with the security guard. Also, their phone number just redirects to the general number so you can't even check to see if your order is ready.

The workers are lazy and they lied to us. We went there just to transfer a line to the new account. the guy said he cant do it and it will take 72hrs. I told him we did this before last 8 months ago and it took me only 15mins. Not even they lied to us they even ask his other employee and they he didn’t correct him. After that we went to the creswood store. they said it only took 10mins and they took care of us right away. Dont come to this store they need to train employees better.

Some of their sales agent came to out business to transfer our business lines over and they messed up our business line and we didn't have any phone for 1week . They end up lending us a temporary cellphone to reroute all our business calls in a cellphone which was a super hassle and the most inconvenient is us calling their customers service and going to the store multiple times and spending hours to get our account straight. After 3wks our business phone was still not fix so we decided not to change to Verizon. Glad Comcast was able to rush to get our line back. The worst is Verizon is billing us for months we didn't have service.

I do not recommend going into this store for help with service. The staff is either not trained to do their jobs properly or just simply can't multi-task. I switched over to Verizon and spent three hours in the store waiting on a data transfer which was a complete waste of time and money as all she did was download an app on my old phone and hit transfer. She neglected to do the most important part which was to actually transfer my number over. I went back in and her response was "oh that's right." I ended up going into another Verizon store and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes.

I only came in because I've been waiting on my order for about to be 2 days but I just left the store without any questions answered other than my order being confirmed but not yet processed which is totally understandable with all the pre orders for the iPhone 15. The Agent I spoke before with before arriving said he would leave a remark on the order so they will be able to contact him and resolve whatever is holding the order but when I tried to point that out the associate responded with "we have better things to do" so without responding or escalating the situation any further I just decided to leave and hopefully receive a confirmation to pick up my order.
