Was in and out pretty quickly even though they were pretty busy. I was picking up a phone I ordered. Douglas who helped me was nice and helpful.

Went to the store to pick up a new phone. I was told to check in electronically and wait. I waited about 10 minutes, received my phone, and left. Verizon charges $30 now to activate and import from previous phone but I did it myself and it was easier than I thought.

Took my son here to get an upgrade. We did have to wait a longer time (there were two people just standing around), but once we got called, the girl who helped us was awesome and made the process quick and painless.
