What can I say, we had such a great experience with Kimmy. We had our three young children with us causing havoc and Kimmy was so patient. She wasn’t pushy and let us roam but was never to far if we had questions. I always feel overwhelmed shopping for furniture due to the salesperson either not giving you enough personal space to talk it over or if you don’t look like you have money to spend they don’t help at all. Thank you very much Kimmy for you patience and expertise…. Great experience!

Salesman Michael was great. Michael didn't push us to purchase, didn't follow us around the store and let us take our time to decide on our purchase with no pressure. Michael was able to get us a quick delivery date and was very detailed about the items and warranty. Great Job and keep up the good work Michael! Top Notch Employee!!!! The cashier was very kind, She explained the warranty on the Furniture we purchased step by step and was very friendly throughout the whole purchasing process. We will be returning to Value City Furniture in Orland Park for any future Furniture purchases!

Had a very nice experience today. I walked in and was greeted by Louise. Typically I dread furniture stores due to the endless amount of hassle I receive from sales people but that didn’t happen once and Louise made sure to give us space but stick by not too far away in case we had any questions. I appreciate that very much. She answered every question and made the checkout process easy. The cashier was super friendly as well. I can’t recall her name but I believe it started with a “B” and she deserves some recognition as well. Value City is definitely my go to place for a couch. The first one (the Cordelle) lasted over 7 years (after years of wear and tear from two adults and 3 different dogs) and today we purchased our second one (the Olsen). I’m sure in another 7-10 years we will be back for the next one!
