Went to take a photo of the tracking number of my package since the worker woman would not give me a receipt for my records. She told me to put my phone away or she would get law enforcement involved. The whole thing was crazy, as I was minding my own business, taking a picture of the barcode on package for my records. Don’t know why these people are so miserable and treat customers this way for no reason. Horrible experience.

Be prepared to have your package arrive this location only to be sent away and redirected for days. Staff aren’t much help and cut through and speed down residential streets.

Tasha William postmaster refused to send my mail/ letters because she doesn’t understand federal law. She took my certified registered mail slips back with the tracking numbers because I didn’t pay for anything. I never heard of that in 5 years since I been receiving those registered mail slips. They were so rude i couldn’t believe I was actually in the post office with this type of behavior and ignorance. If they don’t know that federal law then that is a very big problem and could cause a legal action in the near future.
