I came to this location with a plethora of confusing (on my part) transactions And Waseem did an awesome job handling and explaining everything to me. I had what felt like 4000 Amazon Returns for my boss and Waseem kindly helped me organize package to get everything back. Thanks for making this a breeze for me! Bravo.! I’ll definitely be back!

I am at this UPS almost daily for my business and they are absolutely amazing! Every employee is friendly and helpful. Waseem and Ahmad are often there when I drop off packages and they’re just the best! I also like the location because they have designated reserved parking spots so I can easily unload.

I come here occasionally to do returns and it’s super easy. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. I also always have my label on my box and everything taped up/on. Yes, those services are not free so it’s easier to have your label printed and things taped before hand. I pretty much walk-in and walk-out with very quick service.

The building literally has a sign up for leasing. I’m 99.999% sure it’s closed. Went to Homer Glen. Can 100% confirm that ups store is open

What a difference a location makes! Wonderful customer service. Took my package and taped it up with no problems unlike the other store in Chicago Ridge!

Went to this location yesterday. Sign said "Now Open" and Saturday hours were 9:00. Got there after 9:00, doors were locked and no one was there. Total waste of time! Found another UPS store in Homer Glen. Fast, efficient service!

Bad service. 3 days they have to deliver and they charge me 2nd delivery. No more ups service, switching to fedex.
