This is such a great service. I bought furniture from Nadeau and they use United for their deliveries. 2 guys showed up and quickly delivered my TV cabinet to the 4th floor of my house. Fast scheduling and all by text. So easy! They do junk hauling, so I'll be using their service again.

They did a great job moving some furniture & several boxes from a storage unit to my apartment. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them.

These guys came on a Saturday with a couple of coffee tables from Nadeau I had bought right as the stay-in-place order happened. Team I got was Tony and Ameer, and they got in touch and were accommodating in terms of being willing to take them upstairs. (I think generally it was curbside only they offered, but there was no chance we could carry these things.) But they rang me 3 minutes before they showed up, had on masks and gloves, brought them right up, and were all business. Tables look great, would use these guys again anytime.

I purchased a few pieces from Nadeau Furniture and texted UX to go ahead and schedule the delivery. I got a prompt call back because the delivery team happened to be available to complete the delivery the same day. The team communicated their arrival and were very professional and courteous in completing the delivery.

The guys from United Express delivered our furniture from Wrightwood Furniture, and we couldn't have asked for more. They showed up when they said they would, expertly maneuvered two pieces of furniture up our stairs, and were super nice about it all too!

UNRELIABLE. Only available SAT, SUN, MON. We purchased four pieces of furniture from Nadeau and were told by Nadeau that United Express is the delivery service they use. Nadeau said they could do same day delivery. However, when we contacted United Express, they said they don't deliver Tuesday through Friday. They ONLY DELIVER SATURDAY TO MONDAY. Really?! Don't bother, just go somewhere else and pay a little more:)

Great communication, super fast, and professional! They texted me with a heads up and had my furniture up three flights of stairs and fully assembled in less than 5 minutes.

some of their drivers have a problem getting to the package delivered to your door. Twice in the last 12 months it was left in front of the garage door by the street
