In the end the durable medical equipment is used and does not function correctly. They never return calls always voicemail over charges for the item the CFO Rich told me the item was $2360 and charged $2600 so that made up for the tax. Then at one point the price was up to $2800!?!? Durable medical prescription equipment charging me tax is the right?!? Also they talk to much and never let you explain what you need. The CFO Chief Financial Officer said your a woman and you will never be satisfied. Wanted to return the item request they pick up sure we will mail you a check in 30 days!?! We have to have everything Re certified before we give a refund. Still waiting for them to pick up the portable unit and refund on a non working unit When Gil and Vanessa their therapist promise everything and truly do not listen. The equipment does not work for me and they are not trying if I call and leave message at 9am you would think someone would return my call before nine hours this is an oxygen dependent person you are trying to help. They talk over you so I would not recommend this medical supply company. Also for promotional on financing they do not know their products. Promise a payment $22 lower than what was received no truth in lending for terms. Big buyer beware
