These very sad looking Japanese forest grass plants were poorly packaged and delivered to my home all battered, beaten and crippled. I will never ever ever purchase plants from Home Depot via online. I knew better but i didn't follow my instincts.

Big shout out to garden department employee Vicky, she helped me find the right mulch and stone for my garden, she also helped me load it onto my truck, pretty strong for a tiny girl! I felt bad for her having to help an old man like me, you'd think some of the other garden employees would help but they were too busy standing around talking instead of working! Guess it hard to find good help these days, hope they keep her around, she appears to the only one working!

Today I went to your store to pick up some paint. The gentleman there was very rude and not helpful at all. Maybe you should hire somebody that actually wants to work and not just receive a paycheck for being lazy.I will be going elsewhere for my painting supplies.

Home Depot website shows they have 40 of the item I'm looking for called to verify as I have been to four other Home Depots and the item they show in stock is not available. Called here on hold for 30 minutes to be told they can't go look because they are busy.

I cannot think of a more horrible experience that I could have had with the purchasing, receiving, installing, and quality of the Samsung appliances that I purchased at this store. We purchased these items in November of 2021 and they were scheduled to be delivered the week after Christmas. The week they came out, they could not install two of the items because of the mild difficulties in installing the microwave and the dishwasher. They had to get their "other" department to come out to install them. It is if they were looking for a reason not to install the products. My gf was able to remove (with a screw driver) the item that they did not want to remove for fear of damage to our cabinets. They proceeded to install the microwave incorrectly as we noticed that evening that it was wobbling. Later when the "second crew" came to install the dishwasher, we had them address the microwave issue. They told us that it was installed incorrectly and that they would have to order more parts because they did not use both of the long (essential for installing) screws. Also, by that time, the fridge had started leaking for which we had to have someone else come out to address this issue and setup an appointment for another crew to come fix the microwave. The service technician came out twice to fix the fridge because they could not get it to stop leaking. They eventually said they would have to replace the door and then later told us they would give us a credit for the fridge on what we paid for it. The problem is that since we purchased this as a 4-piece set, the credit would not allow us to purchase a comparable refrigerator to what we bought originally because we received discounts per item because it was a set. We decided to wait until "April" for the backordered fridge. We are into February at this point with a broken fridge and a wobbling microwave. Eventually they did address the microwave that month. In May I had to call them again because we were never contacted about the backordered fridge. In June they showed up with a fridge but I did not accept it because it was severely damaged! Again, they wanted to issue credit but I told them I wanted the same fridge (because of the discount) or I offered to pay the difference for the next better model. In the end of June we finally received our new fridge, almost nine months later. Then a few weeks after the warrantee expired we started having issues with the stove/range. It literally started smoking and displaying error code messages, luckily while we were at home and I unplugged it/disconnected gas, and immediately contacted Samsung for which they told us that the warrantee expired just a few weeks prior. Now I am setting up and paying for yet another technician to come out to fix the issue. Home Depot was little to no help during most of this and kept passing the issue onto Samsung even though it was their installers that botched the installation or tried to deliver damaged products. I spent countless hours (50+) on the phone with both Samsung and Home Depot, as well as took tens of hours (Also more than 50) off work to have installers and service technicians come to the house to fix what should have been a one-day installation! I will not be using this Home Depot or Samsung products in the future.

I needed to rent a cargo van for a few hours. Reggie, the employee who helped me was fantastic. He went above and beyond normal customer service. Home Depot should be proud to have Reggie as an employee. If you need a truck, van or virtually ANY power tool, go see Reggie

I visted the Orland Park Home Depot two weeks ago. I wanted to rent an electric drain snake. I was very nervous about renting it because I never used this type of equipment before. Pat was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Pat went above and beyond by showing me how to use it. Pat was hands down the the most professional and most helpful employee at this store. Thank you Pat! People like Pat make me want to continue to be a customer at this store.

The store manager Jody is total a******* my wife being a bilingual special education teacher missed 3 days of work for a stove that was on the truck it broke down (understandable) but I was looking to go pick it up or get it scheduled for a Saturday and the d******* acted like I meant nothing . And considering I'm in that store every other day for work you would think they could show some extra effort to just attempt to get it delivered Saturday but apparently Jody thinks it's ok to be rude and just stick to scripted responses. He also lied to me saying others were affected also but upon calling the delivery center myself they said I was the only left that didn't get delivered too. Great customer service you got Jody !

1 word for this Home Depot. Disorganized. Went in today to find some sockets I'm missing. Normally they have drawers full of individual sockets. Only thing I could find was one small shelf of all chrome sockets. They have there entire tool section scattered around the store. Was never greeted by anyone walking in or out (yes I made a purchase too). I don't know if it's just because I look young. Or what but I almost never get greeted.

I visited this store on Sunday , December 19th at 5:00pm. The store was clean and not crowed. Unfortunately, they were not enforcing the mask mandate. Many customers and several employees were not wearing a mask, which made me feel uncomfortable. Also, there were 3 employees playing a game of catch with packs of toilet paper. I asked them to help me find an item , and they provided zero assistance. They pointed , and couldn't tell me the aisle. As a result, I left the store empty handed . Sorry I interrupted your game ! Lastly, I saw 2 dogs walking around the store, and I'm very allergic to them. Obviously, this store is a Free for all with no management at all. I won't be visiting this location anytime soon.

I have known to stay away from the older man in this department for a while now, so I thought to try to talk to the older woman. But she is just as bad as the older man. Very rude. Doesn’t clearly explain how to rent a truck. Gave us a truck that was pretty much out of gas and when we tried to get gas it was locked and we didn’t know. A huge hassle and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The most useless team members I've ever seen in any business. They walk around the store as a group and anytime I have any questions nobody has any product knowledge. I asked them to ask somebody else or search it on their handhelds, they say there's nobody else to page in that department and the handheld need SKUs they can't just search for something... I was looking for batteries...

This review goes out to Leo, Lara, Jim and Collin. They all helped make my order a reality. I've been to this very Home Depot 75 times in the last year and ever time I visit I know I got the best. My last order Consisted of 8 interior doors. They are very quality just like the Home Depot experience. Thanks guys. Not only for your service but your kindness.
