Great service ! Lotfi was very patient helping my husband buy a suit a week before a wedding. They got the suit hemmed and waistband adjusted in 3 days! I forgot the name of the young man who was there when we picked up the suit and he also shared his knowledge on suits and offered to bring my husband’s old suits and see if they can do some alterations to make it more up to date. This will definitely be our suit store from now on.

First time buying a suit and the customer service was phenomenal!! I had no knowledge about suits at all but Lotfi guided me through it and helped me choose the best suit for me!! not to mention that it was hemmed by Joseph right after we bought it and let me say that the pants fit perfectly! Thank you for this wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend.

My fiancé and I went here today to look for a suit for an upcoming wedding. We were greeted by Joseph. He took us through the whole process of finding my fiancé a custom suit. Joseph was so knowledgeable and listened to everything we said. He helped us customize the perfect suit. Our visit there went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend going to the suit company and seeing Joseph. 10/10!

The manager very rude. Never even spoke or asked if we needed assistance. When white customers came in after I left for the lack of attention, he assisted them right away. Poor customer service and clearly doesn't want everyone's business.

Very great experience here Joseph helped my little brother find a prom suit it meant a lot to me because he has special needs and Joseph was very patient and kind he made my brother feel comfortable, and also found him a great suit for prom !!!

I was there 1-7 Joseph helped me out after going to 3 other stores to get a suit to fit a (big guy) I felt down on my luck but he made me look an feel like a million dollars will go back an tell everyone to go get there suit there

My husband and I came to the Suit Company on two occasions to purchase suits and to receive alterations. The staff, particularly Bani Jr. and Josef, were extraordinarily helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely be returning in the future. They provided a top tier customer service experience.

Late review but the Gentllemen who I believe was the owner helped me pick a suit jacket shirt and tie out for a Funeral. He was knowledgeable and more helpful than Jos A Banks whom also resides in Orland Square Mall. He gave me a fair deal.
