Customer service is pretty bad. One particular associate ( I didn't get her name) didn't even greet me. I asked her questions about sizes and she came off like I was disturbing her. But it could have just been me because two other gentlemen walked in and she was very cheerful and polite.

Waaaayyyy overpriced! Wish I hadn't been in such a rush to find my godson a suit for his homecoming the next day. For the price I paid, you'd think they provided on site alteration and quality clothing (for the price)! But, this was my last option and closest location, with such a short notice. Haste definitely makes waste! Even the customer service has a lot to be desired.

Mr.Sylvester was absolutely the BEST! I only go on the days he’s there! He knows exactly what he’s doing! Very polite kind man! He for sure has fashion down pack!

Very poor customer service. You can't properly check size but forced to buy you can not return it even if it wasn't used. Very dissatisfied.

The selection of this outlet is unmatched. You will find items here that are not available to be purchased online. There is a diverse range of differentclothing styles here. However, I have found that they excel in subtle fashion, with clothes that look casual yet are worth a double-take. My personal experience with the staff has been exceptional, and it feels I have been given first class treatment anytime I walk in the store.

Highly recommend!!! Customer service was AMAZING! Mr.Sylvester aka “Mr.know it all” made the experience stress free and easy(and being a boy mom. I don’t know much about suits). Check them out!!

I had to return a sweater that I had purchased a few days earlier. The gentleman that assisted me; (olive complexion, sides shaved, dreads in the center) was very helpful, nice and very accommodating, I had purchased from him previously. Today I had the misfortune of having to deal with a different breed of person; (small frame light skin black man), whom I imagine wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every day! He had a nasty attitude and told me he didn't care how anybody else ran this store, I informed him that consistency was not important to him? He said NO, he didn't care! He has convinced me not to ever shop at this store again or when he is no longer there!
