If you need them ,they have them. Always a fun trip! Enough staff to help and answer questions and guide you to the proper area. I was surprised with the checkout no register but it worked fine. If McLain is there he's a wonder.

We enjoy seeing the new sets available and the limited edition sets offered. Legos can be a very expensive hobby.

I will say I do love this store. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. But this last time was the best. I hadn't been in for awhile so when I was paying he goes...do you want to use any rewards? I was like...do I have any? It ended up being a sizeable amount and I beefed up my purchase because of it. But then the register bugged out and took the rewards off my account but didn't add it to the bill. He called support (which answered very quickly I will say) and even they were like "uh...we don't know what happened." But they put the points back on and all was well. I didn't have anywhere to be so it was no issue but again...the fact that it was no question...let's get this sorted out for you. Excellent customer service.

Stopped in for the free build to get Darth Vader as there aren’t any ages online somehow I was still told I couldn’t get the legos? I didn’t get the name of the woman working the table around 5:40 pm on May 3 but she told me the build was for only 12 and under but again there aren’t any specific ages for it but she was really determined to not give them to me even though in the end I still bought bricks from the wall, a Lego set and even asked if I could buy the pieces like don’t work at Lego if you’re just gonna be negative because it is for kids and adults

I had a great experience at this location. It's always clean and neatly organized, which is amazing considering the amount of kids that come through. The salesperson was friendly as could be. The selection is great. There are items that are listed as "hard to find" on the LEGO online store. The only complaint is the general LEGO complaint: these cost way too much for a bunch of plastic bricks, especially after the hefty raise a lot of sets got not too long ago. That's the reason for 4/5 stars.

The LEGO store in Orland Park Mall is a bricktastic paradise! They always have the coolest new sets on display, and this time the Dungeons & Dragons set blew me away. The staff is awesome too - super friendly and helpful, whether you're a kid asking about a specific minifigure or an adult geek (like me) geeking out over the latest releases. Definitely recommend checking it out!
