“Three years ago I broke my foot, since always looking for quality fitting shoes. Let me introduce Big River Footwear, 9636 W 161st St, Orland Park, IL. I had a fit specialist Keagan Alba, measure my foot and suggest the best arch support shoes. After testing a couple of pair I was able to purchase the most comfortable. Keagan was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Yes the shoes are more expensive, but your feet are worth it. Thus, I highly recommend “Big River Footwear if you’re serious about your feet. PS they also have sportswear.”

“I was shopping for a pair of jeans for my mother and I did not know her size exactly, all I knew was that she doesn't like the usual jeans band around the waist because it's tight and Amanda the sales associate was just incredible and so knowledgeable about every single thing about jeans amd clothing and the different type of styles and fabrics. Amanda has amazing customer serve and knowledge and is just the most pleasant young lady I had the pleasure of being helped by. It was very refreshing meeting and interacting with her. I hope that the Hollister company realizes the value that she brings to their company. I also hope that she is appreciated.”

“This is a nice place to visit if you are interested in sports memorable items. They also have Chicago material. A nice little shopping heaven with courteous staff. June 3rd, I found Chicago team stickers to add to my bowl collection found at Macy's. The 3d Blackhawks one came from Clark Street Sports. Orland Square Mall did it right tonight.They turned out great. See pictures.”

“I worked here for many years and loved the costumers that came in! Now, I'm a customer and still experience great customer experience, and feel like the associates really get to know your style if you give them the chance!!! The store manager, Kayla, does a great job checking in on guests and her associates to make sure everyone's needs are met. It was great to get to know her and her new team!”

“Not something I would expect to give a review on but I have to mostly because the employee that has helped me out 2 times now. The only knock I have to say I'll say first is it is a little pricey but that is not the employees fault. Okay I went today with my 3 boys and was pleasantly greeted by the worker. (Sorry I didn't get his name). He was polite personably and helpful. He was not overbearing or fake. He was patient even as two of my boys couldn't make up their mind. Professional and personable. Which is very hard to come by it seems lately. This dude needs a raise or promotion or something he is busting his but and providing great customer service. He even got my very shy kids to respond back to him. A+ for the lids employee in Orland Park on March 28th 2019. I hope his bosses see this as well.”

“Was looking for a new driver since my last one had a crack in it and was looking for a modern upgrade anyway. I had done some research, but am still learning so I had some questions. They set me up in a bay to try out some clubs. They let me try the 3 that I was looking at and after a decent amount of time to try all of them, Dan came over and gave me some feedback on how things were looking. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to help me narrow down my decision. In a very kind way, he explained that my swing itself is what was causing some issues (which I was aware of, so not at all like he was trying to make the club seem better than it was performing just to make a sale). He also made a point that he didn’t feel that a more expensive club was necessary which was good to hear because it made me feel as if he cared more about me getting a good club that fit my budget than trying to make money off of me. He even went out of his way to pull up their fitting software to show one of my shots to help better explain some information. He explained some things in reference to hockey sticks as I had mentioned earlier that I played hockey before, and made sure to ask about the grip in reference to what I had before and even what I used in hockey. Overall it was a positive experience and made me want to go back in the future for any purchases I may need. Would definitely recommend going and looking out for Dan as he was a great help!”

She was even kind enough to feel my toes in the shoe to make sure they fit perfectly. I definitely recommend requesting her. She has blonde hair.”
