Jeff was outstanding! His knowledge of the different products offered by sleep number was excellent, bar-none. It was very interesting to learn that so much more than the feel went into sleep numbers technology, but therapeutic benefits as well were eye opening. My wife and I appreciated his patience. For over 2 hours we examined 3 different beds going back and forth seeking that comfort level that we both could be comfortable with. Jeff respectfully searched to find seemingly every available discounted area afforded during this particular sale period.

Great experience - Brandy was very knowledgeable and not high-pressure. The beds are a higher price point, but they have many different options and are not just regular mattresses. Would recommend!

As a past member of I have loved my bed but it was time to upgrade. I had a great experience with Brandy at the Orland Park store. Very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. I would definitely recommend this location.

Dan was welcoming and knowledgeable. He showed me a mapping of my body's pressure points and how the bed relieves the pressure on those points. He was very pleasant and patient! A most enjoyable experience.

Great store. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience enjoyable with his personality. This is my second sleep number bed I purchased at this sore and I would highly recommend shopping at this location if you’re looking for a Sleep Number Bed.

I came in seeking a pillow to help with better sleep, and Jeff was phenomenal. He truly loves his job and is so knowledgeable. He questioned me about my needs and wants, and then brought me to a bed similar to mine at home to test out the pillows. He paid attention to my alignment and was quick to tell me that even if it was comfortable, it was improper alignment and would cause problems later.
The pillow I purchased ended up being more than I wanted to spend, but with a 100 day return policy so you have ample time to test it out, it felt safe to spend the money.
