“Updating my review: I had a better experience today at the print center where Ashley was a gem. They got rid of their old fax machine, so I needed a bit of a tutorial on how to get the system going. She was the only one there and was multitasking to help all of us. I appreciate her asking me if I needed help as I looked lost. I thankfully figured it out after she showed me. I asked her if the digital cover sheet is extra, and she said it's included. I ended up getting a refund for 1 page which I appreciate. The new way to fax is so much quicker, and I am looking forward to coming back here. Hopefully Ashley will be there again, and by the time I got home maybe like 10 minutes later, I called the facility I was faxing to and they already received it. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a Staples, print center etc.”
“Quite a few negative reviews here. Usually when the service is great customers tend to not post a review, however when it's negative they are more inclined to.
So here is my quick review. Shipped my mini truck from Denver to Seattle. The driver Nick was incredibly thorough, careful, and professional. There was some concern on being able to load the truck on the rig, but he took his time and carefully handled the situation. The truck arrived in Seattle without any damages, and even after a clerical issue from another company, Nick contacted me and we were able to work out the issue and come to a solution.
I would definitely use Taurus in the future, especially if I would work with Nick again.”
“I usually go to the UPS in orland park and they would always give me a hard time. But this afternoon I decided the tinley location and a young man with a beard was very helpful and made me want to visit this location instead orland all the time.”
“The people are very nice they will package your items for you and the shipping always gets there when expected Good location great service i recommend to anyone And I will definitely return there They give you 2 options for shipping when is by sea is by air The error option is about 3 times the cost of the other option but it took 4 days to get to Poland”

She was so kind when I showed up from the warehouse location not knowing anything about shipping out packages (I found they weren't able to print shipping labels at the warehouse). She was patient and I'm grateful she went above & beyond to help me at the end of a long day. I really needed to get it out by the end of that day- which was on me- but she was so understanding. “I honestly don't really come across the need for Staples, but the staff here and kind and courteous. My favorite part about this Staples location is that it doesn't seem like barely anyone knows about it. I'm loving that its my best kept secret that Amazon returns are way faster at this location then any other store or location. Never an issue with my way to often Amazon returns.”
“These stars are for a woman I believe her name was Ashley . She seemed pregnant (excuse my ignorance, just want to be able to adequate identify the woman who deserves recognition) & was working in the print department. Placed an online order which wasn’t processed due to unexpected machine maintenance. They were so busy when I arrived and she was the only employee in sight. She handled all the customers and provided superior customer service while being very busy and short staffed. I’m super late on this review as I was in the weekend of 5/25/24 but I can not forget the lengths she went through to ensure everyone had everything they needed and upheld a positive attitude in all interactions.”

“Ordered an item from Walmart.com and it was damaged. I was instructed to drop it off at the nearest FedEx facility which was this location. I found a parking spot and entered the facility. I was greeted promptly by a lady named Lisa who was professional, courteous and nice. She explained that she was going to print a label after scanning the QR code and that I'll get a receipt for transaction with a tracking #. I read multiple reviews about how unprofessional this facility was/is. Well I can say I got superb service by a lady with sum "funky" glasses(lol). U rock Lisa!!”
