Very rude lady. I have come here about twice a week to use the bathroom and get a Sprite before physical therapy. She first tells me "you wait there for the bathroom". Ok, I understand they don't want people waiting in a stock area. Then, I waited by where she said. A gentleman came in for a paper and I moved from his way but she made her next comment. "I have a customer, you wait over there". There was nothing wrong with what she wanted. Just the attitude she says it with. I will not be stopping here any more. It's sad how one person can destroy business but it happens. I don't accept rude behavior by someone I'm giving business to.

First off Sinda who wrks the day shift is always so friendly and sooo helpful , this is the only shell I use for every thing, there are closer stations by my house, but I prefer this station, why becouse of the morning help!!! She is always kind, takes the time to listen and answer any questions. Hands down the best shell station in Orland Park. If I could give more stars I would ? Rt

i am customer with h circle long time ago the very bad service in this location with rude cashier her name sadjia and she keep saying i don’t care for any thing and she is busy in her cell and unbelievable she’s normal person and thats was today 12/20/23 at 11.10 am with recede 2371314 and she didn’t want accept any card she keep say cash only thats what my boss need , ever day i spend around $80 but different locations the one on 159 and bill road that’s location its excellent service and customer service but your location it’s really bad if she don’t like the job should be go home thats why i call 800 now number and they promised the can be investigated

should be zero star. Horrible experience. Entered to buy a lottery ticket. Presented pre-filled slip, had an addl question. Woman tells me to \"read the top\" of the lottery slip and check the numbers I wanted. I told her that was done but I also wanted #'s randomly selected for 2nd game. I've never played that way b4. She insisted I had to pick my numbers for 2nd game. This went back and forth for a while. I'm puzzled as to why I have to pick numbers when I told her numerous times that's not what I want for 2nd game. She told me to check off a box on the ticket. I ask her for a pen. She sends me to the Lottery stand, and the 2 pens were NOT working. So I go back to register \u0026 ask for a pen which she hands me. Why didn't she give the pen in the 1st place instead of sending me to the stand. There were no other customers behind me or in the store! She then tells me again I have to pick numbers for 2nd game. She told me I wasn't listening and that I was talking to myself. Could not believe how RUDE. Then ignores me while I'm standing in front of her as a customer enters behind me and starting to assist him. I said wait a minute you haven't finished with me. I walked out of there w/o purchasing my ticket. This ignorant woman should NOT be working with customers. She was rude, condescending, and obviously doesn't understand what customer service is. Why bounce someone around when you have a pen at your register! Needs to learn to LISTEN \u0026 UNDERSTAND and don't blame the customer when they have repeated a request but SHE didn't understand. I told her SHE had a problem understanding. I see several people have written reviews about a \"rude woman\"; probably same person. Why is she still working there and is still displaying the same poor treatment. Obviously management doesn't care!

I've stopped in to this Shell station several times and used a credit card every time. Every time I've stopped in (that I can remember) there is a woman older woman behind the counter who has always been rather snappy. This time in particular I got yelled at for using a credit card, with zero explanation as to why that was a problem. I will not be returning to this Shell Station for any reason.

The guy working has zero sense. Why clean the coffee machine at 5am when people go to work? It should be ready to go at this time. They'll hire anyone these days. Wont return to this location.

Have been coming here for 10 years. There was a manager some years back you couldn't turn your back on. But he is long gone. With the exception of one employee, who is improving, I find I look forward to seeing and talking to the employees.
