Great experience at this store! One of the employees, Toya, helped my mother and I with all of our questions. She also took her time explaining products to us. We experienced great customer service even with a busy store!

Some of the ladies are great but I went in today and the girl at the register was so rude. They all looked miserable even the manager. Like they don’t want to be there. Why work there if you’re that miserable

I was there getting cologne the other day and needed help picking a scent. A worker named Samantha helped me and was beyond helpful. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

It’s a nice store. My wife goes there a lot. At certain times it could get crowded but if you wait in line & remember your manners, you should be just fine.

Drove 45 minutes for a full store. It was trashed. Everything was so messy and unorganized. They were very busy but wow, we turned around and left. We will go to Ulta instead

The arrangement of the store was different; not crowded but delightful I got so many compliments about my skin, you would've thought I was a model for sephora. Right now as it stands. This is my new cosmetics collection.Later yall I have to go back in the store to keep bragging. Chow.!!
