Every time I go to this store, the shelves are almost bare. They have nothing in stock. I don’t know if this is a Sephora issue or it being in Kohl’s but it’s almost impossible to get what you want at this location.

Thank you Kendra! I received such amazing customer service from Kendra this morning that I felt compelled to write a review. I am one of the most indecisive people in the world and I came to Sephora this morning as soon as Kohls opened their doors. Kendra was so pleasant and helped me find exactly what I needed. She is definitely the reason I'll continue to come to this Sephora over the other local ones. I appreciate her patience and kind help! Thank you!

I was looking for lipsticks and Kristen told me to go to Mac… I brought a reference photo in and tried matching it and she put my lipsticks back when I turned around.
