I don't understand this location and it's hatred for drinks. No other store in this shopping plaza has an issue with me having an ice coffee except this place & it's ONLY select employee's. I was kicked out in 2020 for having a drink. I wasn't even drinking it inside due to the mask mandate. I was just holding it until I can take off my mask outside, but an employee who was stocking shelves kicked me out even though I had to wait in line to get in due to social distancing and the employee that let me in saw me with the drink and didn't say anything. Then today I had an ice coffee, and the employee in charge of the changing rooms wouldn't let me take my drink in with me. He wanted me to leave my drink on a random table. No thanks. Not leaving my drink with strangers. So I found the nearest rack and left all the clothes I wanted to try and went to Marshalls next door who had no issue with my drink in the changing room.

Don’t come here unless you want to be RUSHED and told to stop shopping. They made us leave before the store ACTUALLY closed. Came here to see if they had a few items went strait to where I needed to look. I wasn’t wondering the whole store with my elder mother.The made announcement at 830 saying they were closing in 20min and register will close soon. They lie in the announcements saying less time than it really is. On top of that one of the employees started following & telling ppl they had to start stop shopping and get going to the registers. I checked my phone and still had 15 min left? My mom was looking at some quilts and was going to go to the next aisle. The girl told my mom don’t walk that way and start walking that way signaling toward the register. My mom was upset and left the quilt. In the end they forced us to the register and they closed 7-5min early. I don’t even get this treatment at Walmart. Not coming back here to spend my money.

How is it that every Ross in the state of Illinois has a bathroom except Orland Park. THE LINES WERE 2 HOURS LONG AND THEY ARE SAYING THE BATHROOM IS CLOSED. If you are short staffed at least accommodate the customers with a bathroom

Terrible store dirty looks like it’s going out of business never fully stocked cashiers are terrible and returns are always a issue especially with the heavyset cashier he’s rude and the store is uninviting very dirty and not worth going into compared to other stores in that strip mall one star rating where’s the management needs better store appearance and overall retraining on all cashiers there rude and dry no please or thank you or greeted at register. Not a pleasant place to shop at

I always shop in this branch, the place is clean and organized, staff are very helpful and kind. There is also one male asian cashier there that is very kind, respectful and friendly to the customer, keep up the good work.
