Don’t buy a G-Shock from here. I purchased a G-Shock watch from Roger’s and holland about 2 years ago. I came to this location because my battery was dead and since I purchased the watch, the watch lens underneath had streak marks and fingerprints. So they sent it out for repairs to G-Shock/Casio. I was told G-Shock would contact me about repair prices. I never received any calls. 5 months later I get a call from the store saying my watch is ready for pickup, no comment about price repairs. I arrive to the store and I’m being charged for the battery repair, “I’m ok paying that, but at least let me know how much before I arrive”. Once I picked it up the watch lens was still dirty with streak marks under the glass. The older lady tells me the only option is to send it back and wait another 5 months and unknown repair price since nobody will update me. By that time the battery will be dead again and I’ll have to send it out again and wait another 5 months. Long story short don’t buy a G-Shock from here. The younger Hispanic female was very kind and helpful. The older lady was not and had a defensive attitude as if it were my fault the watch was dirty. I was also there to purchase another watch for my wedding day, I went across the mall to another store to purchase a watch and jewelry instead. Thanks.

Laura, at R&H in Orland Park has got to be the funnest and most professional youg lady to work with. My wife and I went to get my wife's ring cleaned,and while it was cleaning we were talking to Laura and before I knew it it got bigger. She was soo much fun. Stop in and she can help you or just say HI, Ray sent you.lol. What a fun time.

Let’s see, where do we begin? I suppose in the beginning, yeah? We arrived to the Orland Park, IL store which we were informed later is their flagship store, and later we saw why. To start, Matthew welcomed us with open arms. Right down to business, we informed him we were looking for wedding rings & he brought over his coworker Justin. Justin made us feel like he was planning the entire wedding, giving us pointers on the rings we were selecting & even showing the pros and cons of the bling we had grown attached to. Near the end of the purchase process, we were getting upset; for you see, Matthew & Justin were our new friends! They cared, they didn’t pressure us, they did not steer us in any way to make a purchase to pad their bottom line. We’ve had negative experiences before but this positive one blew us away. To be honest, we want to get married again just so we can ask for their assistance at least one more time.10/10, would chat again.

I LOVE Rodgers and Hollands! I love the warrantee and products. Typically, i live the customer care. I reccomend Rodgers and Hollands to everyone and anyone! This past experience was with the Orland Mall manager. While I was looking at jewelry, it was as if he did not take me seriously. I am a grown woman and I was looking for rings for myself. He would grab the rings I was looking at, but would also have his phone on the counter, scowling through Instagram and other social media outlets. I understand I am not the richest person in the world, but I am a customer. I also know for a fact that the individual employee benefits from people opening credit cards. I opened one and spend a good amount based on the small purchase i made. I felt very unimportant. Additionally, I found out they do trade-ins with other companies jewelry as long as it is gold. I had an old ring that I honestly didn't know what it was made of. I felt really judged when he told me it was not gold. I admitted from the start that I had no idea what it was made of or quality. I gave 3 stars because I love the company so much. I would give 1 star for the customer service. Overall, I felt like I was not important and an annoyance to this man. Additionally, this was 11am on a Saturday with only 1 other customer in the store who was working with someone else.

We walked in just to browse after being non impressed by two alternate jewelry dealers. Graciously greeted by the highly awarded store manager and walked out with the best purchase of our lifetime.

Horrible experience, i went in looking for a wedding band, i found a few that i liked and wanted to get the sku’s so i could show them to my fiance on a different date, laura completely changed tune and decided to try and force me into buying one today saying the price is only gaurenteed for today and if im not going to buy it she isnt going to bother showing me the price and once i told her i planned on going to a different location closer to home to actually purchase it she quit helping me all together and left me with sku numbers that once the joliet store looked up they told me she just made up numbers clearly being selfish that her store wasnt the one making the sale, this is very unfortunate i spend thousands of dollars on jewlery every year i will be sure to never visit this store again after having to deal with such a selfish and unpleasant person i would give zero stars if i could

Traded in old wedding band for an upgraded band. Wonderful experience with patient and knowledgeable sales associates. Willie at the Orland Park store helped us find options that were affordable and a perfect match for what we were looking for. 5 star experience!

I had a wonderful experience making my purchases with Matthew from the Orland Park Mall location! He was very kind and patient with me and my boys while they were making their decisions with their items.
